Situated on the northeast side of Raleigh along I-540, Triangle Town Center wraps around its namesake mall and includes two additional shopping areas -- Plantation Point and Capital Crossing. In addition to a variety of shops and restaurants, residents of Triangle Town Center enjoy Spring Forest Road Park, a neighborhood park with a tennis court, sports fields, and a playground.
With about seven miles to Downtown Raleigh and about nine miles to NC State, Triangle Town Center is a great location for commuters. It is near Adventure Landing Raleigh and Wake Technical Community College, and it is a short drive from the PNC Arena, the North Carolina Museum of Art, and William B. Umstead State Park.

Property Ratings at Spring Forest
This lease period was genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a renter and the problems began on day one. Firstly, I was allowed to move in a few days prior to maintenance being completed between tenants. This included fixing and repairing a mail box with no door, replacing door knobs on the bedrooms and closet as they did not have them at the time and moving a dryer from the dining room to the closet where it belonged. Wendy, verbally promised me that each of these things would be done and maintenance would be in and out of the apartment initially to finish their last few tasks something that never took place without me having to intervene. However, I will come back to this as I believe it is more important to lay out events in chronological order. The day of lease signing - I inspected the apartment (as one should when starting a new lease) and photographed each and every issue I discovered. Additionally, it was during this time that I would discover that Spring Forest Appartments had failed to properly disclose that the unit was absolutely infested with German cockroaches. A serious health hazard which they failed to resolve over the entirety of my lease. Following this discovery I requested pest control come by and it was scheduled. Pest control did come by however - it did nothing to resolve the infestation. Kicking off a cycle of multiple visits which never seemed to fix the problem at hand. Meanwhile, during this time, a month had passed and the maintenance which was supposed to occur as verbally promissed would be preformed - was not performed completely. During this time I had no mail box for over a month - and I never received my $1500 deposit back in the mail from my previous apartment due to this. This issue had been ticketed multiple times (closed without resolution) and then finally required an email to be sent to the upper management to be resolved. This is unacceptable. After this was completed, a two month period in which I had no more issues would start however, this would not remain the case. This would be the last successful repair before the next period of issues would be kicked off in which we would file a ticket for repairs and maintenance would simply close it without action.This occurred on a repair to the weather seal on the door multiple times, the stove - which took three months to repair and was not properly repaired until the city code enforcement office was contacted.
**** ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS*** I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS UNLESS IT IS YOUR LAST RESORT OR YOUR ONLY OPTION. DEALING WITH MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT AND OF A PAIN AND ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS. Save the generic response on these reviews as I will not be speaking with the property manager again. She didn’t find value in following up with me to make sure that the issue was rectified or to resolve so she can handle it when I move. 1
Living here has been a nightmare. Don't let the pictures fool you - you won't be getting a renovated unit, it is a bait and switch. Before moving in, I was switched between units 3 different times. I had to go through the process of setting up utilities 3 separate times for each time they decided to arbitrarily change my unit. When I moved in, the cleaning crew was still there so we had to wait for them to finish. After the cleaners left the place was still disgusting. The carpets were dirty and the bathroom was a mess. I did not have hot water for 6 weeks because the maintenance team did not know how to fix the problem. The whole time I was assured by the office that they were "waiting on parts," however, that was later admitted by the property manager to be a lie. She claimed that she had thought it had already been taken care of. The people that work at the office are extremely stupid and seem to be legitimately mentally deficient. The neighborhood is trashy and unsafe. This is only a short list of all the things that have made living here a nightmare.
Spring Forest Apartment ? I move into Spring Forest Apartment in June. My stay her has being one of the best. I was very impress with the lawn and the staff. They were so friendly and ready to help with any problem that I may have. I have put in request to have thing repair on down to putting in screen in my window. They are on point, I am so happy that they take care of there resident. The manager is very nice if you have a problem he is willing to meet with you to help resolve the issue. I have shared with everyone on my job that asked me where do I live I am happy to say Spring Forest Apartment. We have a mall not to far from the apartment, nice restaurant all around, pool, lounge chairs. The rooms in the apartment are very large, large closet space, fire place for cool nights, so much space and much more. My unit is very quiet sometime I feel like I am the only one in the building. When I first saw the apartments on the outside, I was not impressed. Then I got to walk through it and fell in love. Nice sized rooms fireplace and open layout. Just what I needed. My own peace of heaven.
I love my apartment and never want to move! The location is perfect just off Capital Blvd and nearby everything you could need from apples to a new car..lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and willing to help with any issues. They have regular pest control that keeps it bug free..trash pickup twice a week and free carpet cleaning at lease renewal. My apartment truly feels like home!
I just moved into the apartments and the set up is lovely. The people in the office are very helpful and answer any questions i came up with. I put in an order for my screen door on my balcony to be fixed and they came in just one day an did exactly that in a timely manor. Their prices are very reasonable and i have referred three friends and i will continue to refer anyone I know looking for a new home!
It was a old building apartment and has a problem for some area i like it because its low price i can afford it but since it old buildings and there no ceiling fun, the ventilation are not that good specially the area of my laundry my clothes are not much dry. i hope i can find Nice one that and a ford to pay monthly i try here maybe I'll be the lucky winner...
