Springhill has been my home for many yrs. I highly recommend it here. The office staff is wonderful and very helpful in any issues that may arise. Should I need anything done in my apartment, maintenance is always very prompt in getting it fixed. If you're looking for a place to call home, you should definitely check Springhill out.

Best place I've lived in since I moved to Goose Creek 5 yrs ago. It has the right amount of space for me and my two kids. It's quiet, neighbors aren't loud, and they stay to themselves. Police are not everywhere all times of the night. Haven't seen or heard any fights amongst tenants and their significant other. I love it here and I'm going on a year. Only thing I'm dreading is my rent going up, but I can accept it. No matter what complex I would have went too, the same could and was going to happen at my last apartment. Overall 5 stars. And management is the best, and they do not enter your apt without proper notification, haven't had any maintenance issues. Love living here. CLA
My family and I have lived at Springhill for 3 years now, and I have to say I love the property manager Sharon! She is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, very personable. If anything needs to get fixed or replaced, maintenance is there pretty quickly to get it done, Bruce is a great guy! I've enjoyed my time at Springhill and will surely miss the staff when my family and I head out. I moved to Springhill 2 months ago. I LOVE it. From the application process to move-in I didn't have any issues. I inquired through email at first and got a timely response. They provided me with the availablity of apartment and what I needed to do as far as the application process. The apartment was ready when time to move in and very clean. I like that I am in the front of the complex and not far from the office or pool. I always have a good parking space close to or right in front off my apartment. My neighbors are nice and quiet. The complex itself is quiet. I havent had any probems since I've moved in but I do see maintence around. The grounds are kept very neat and I love the palm trees for the tropical feel. The space is adequate for me and my family and the master closet is bomb. My Cali King bed fits nicely in the room and I still have room for other furniture. I have a sense of peace when I come home and thats what its all about. Peace. I highly recommend SpringHill Apartments and all it has to offer. Ill be sticking around for a while.

This place is a bug infested dump. I am really clean and I have to kill at least 10 roaches everyday. Management says we had the bug guy come but they put a few drops of bait out and that is it. Windows are crap. Air comes thru all the time. Management is awful. They dont enforce any rules. They say come to them with an issue but never do anything about it. Had my Heater stop working on a sunday afternoon and had to wait till monday for it to be fixed. The repair guy they sent had no idea how to begin looking at fixing it. Pool is always dirty.

I am so sorry that we have not met your expectations at Spring Hill. We have a reputable exterminating company that comes whenever a resident reports a problem as well as doing regular extermination. If you would let us know what apartment you are in, we would be glad to take care of the problem. It is now Summer time, so I am sure your heating problem was taken care of. It is normal for our maintenance crew to give a space heater to the resident if the heat goes out after hours and the problem cannot be easily remedied. Our pool is kept clean all year. One of our maintenance crew is a Certified Pool Operator and maintains the pool, checking the water daily during the month that the pool is open. Off season, the pool is also kept clean. I am not sure why you said the pool is always dirty. If you would, come by my office and we can discuss any of these issues. We are here to make Spring Hill a great place for our residents.
I don't know about the other comments but I have lived here for a while now, and it is really great! I searched forever to find a great place, and this is definately it. The maintenance crew is very professional and they get things done very quickly. Everyone with the property staff that I have talked to is very nice and they seem genuinely interested that things go well for me! I have recommended this place to a lot of people, and I will again! It is a great price for what it is and it's close to everything. I love it here
i have lived at this place for 4 months and i promise you it has been problem after problem. i literally laughed out loud at the managements response to the negative review below. ha! management is so very unprofessional. you fix things if they are an emergency asap? really? that is definitely not true. also, they dont give you 24 hour notice before barging into your apartment. maintenance knocked on my door, barely got to it in enough time opened and he was getting a key out of his pocket. i have been fighting with david to have some issues at my apartment fixed but they dont know how to answer a phone and dont know how to respond to messages. also there is 2 maintenance workers i have ever seen, and they dont fix anything. i can promise you that. kids have tried to kick in my door, they are constantly running around yelling and screaming lighting off fire crackers. where are their parents? and actually, the washing machines are broken most of the time. they actually just recently got repaired, and 3 are broken again. i was told i couldnt move in a week early due to cleaning needing to be done, floors needing shampooed. well, lol. my floors are covered in paint. i am about to take these people to court. thats how bad it is. there is a small child that comes and stays with us occassionally, she is my boyfriends daughter and she cannot be in an apartment that is 80 degrees. it isnt safe for her. so, that being said. david doesnt know how to be a property manager, maintenance doesnt know how to do their job, nothing works, nothing gets fixed. they just want your money, and the loitering is true. everyone leaves garbage everywhere also. and, all of my neighbors have signs taped to their door saying not to leave packages. mine got left with the office, but they close an hour early now apparently and i had to wait to get my package. but if you dont get it in a couple days, they send it back. do yourselves a solid and never ever ever ever ever ever move here. oh, no hot water...ever. theyll tell you its because you have a small water heater. :)

New manager took over in February 2017. I believe things have improved significantly since then. If a resident has a problem, my door is always open for them to discuss the issue with me and try to solve any problems. All input is welcome to make this community a great place for our resident.
Check the other website reviews and you'll see for yourself: Rats, roaches, people always loitering, drug dealers, constant fights, mold, leaks, poor laundry room that barely has working machines, you have to pay for your visitors to park there, they are quick to tow even the residents, maintenance can take a long time to come out, no security for package delivery (it will get stolen), old out dated appliances, drafty windows, etc...... Not worth it!

You will never be able to please everyone you rent to, there are going to always be those few. I have been with the property for almost a year and the rats and roaches is fictional, these types are problem are created by a residents cleanliness. Loitering, there are resident who come outside to get some fresh air and just simply go for a walk and during this time someone is going to always see a neighbor they now and have a brief conversation during that time, we cannot and do not expect our residents to stay locked in their homes like prisoners. Drug dealers and constant fights no true, the property is very quiet and family orientated. Mold and leaks, leaks can happen at any time without warning, that is why we have a awesome maintenance staff, it may seem slow but we have a multitude of residents and handle them in which the order the office is notified, unless it is an emergency. Poor laundry room, also quiet the untruth we have brand new washers and dryers at the facility; as far as packages go we are not responsible for personal items a resident may order, however we have informed UPS and FEDEX not to leave any packages at any residents door, 99% of the time personal packages are brought to the office but there are times when the carrier makes a personal choice to just leave them at the residents door and that is out of Spring Hill Apartments control. Resident would have to take that issue up with the carrier themselves. Some appliances may be a little older, but for the most part the majority of our appliances are brand new.
I have been living in the SpringHill Apartment since July of 2000; There is a quiet atmosphere, respect, quiet neighbors, the buildings and grounds are well maintained. Staff are quick to response to see that the tenants are well satisfied. It is in walking distance to the shopping district, hospital, we have police service living on the property, Swimming Pool , wonderful neighbors of all coloreds!!
