Parking is ridiculous. Definitely don’t have enough parking spots for residents. Also the walls are thin, you hear everything anyone’s doin. Yellin, smokin, dogs, everything. The smokin is BADDD. You smell pot 24/7

I am not recommending this apartment for many reasons. 1. Management change left a very un-customer friendly person in charge. 2. Lived at this place for 2 years never been late on my rent, and I live a very quiet lifestyle, and still get treated like crap. 3. Constant repairs and major delays on getting the work done - My ac went out and had to repaired 6 times before approval was made to replace my unit. - Constant plumbing problems, always bath tubs and wouldn't drain properly. During the storm every single building had at least one flooded apartment and it took them over 2 weeks to repair. We were out of water for a majority of that time. - When I first moved in the cabinets for my kitchen and bathroom was missing drawers and even though I had the maintenance request in many times it took over 6 months to get them in. - The bathtub had to be resurfaced while I was living there in one of my bathrooms. Then it started pulling up again before I left in both bathroom tubs. I put in the maintenance request before I left, of which they didn't fix. Until after I left and are now charging me $180.00 per tub. 4. Ants, even though they would spray and treat the ground outside the ants were still coming into the apartment. They sprayed the solution so hard that it came into the apartment and caused mold under the dining room window. 5. Be careful when you leave as they will charge you as many fees as they can find to not only take all your deposit but then try to make you pay extra for stuff that is not your fault. ie tubs as above, and dry cleaning the carpet, which by the way had water damage due to flooding which they should have replaced anyway. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

This apartment complex is a nightmare to say the least to deal with!!! My apartment has flooded due to the snow storm, and I have been living in a hotel since 2/16, as the damage has made it an unlivable/ unhealthy environment. There has been little to no progress in fixing my unit, and there's still water damage everywhere, the same floors and carpet, holes in the wall, and the ceiling is still not repaired as of today. I have only gotten a call from the office ONE time for an update, and that was only because I called them first!! I have been advised that once the insurance stops paying, if my apartment is not fixed, they will not cover the hotel..I also asked for a letter to her assistance from FEMA when this first happened, and they said they would send it via email, but never did! They also refuse to reimburse rent for the days I have not been able to live there! They don't have another unit to put me in, but they won't let me out of my lease??! They are only are offering for me to break my lease with a 60 day notice, even tho I cant live there now due to the damage, and would have to pay 3 months of rent in addition to this, or to transfer to one of their sister properties paying more rent, even tho Ive already have been out of so much money , deductibles, and rent dealing with this!!! They don't care about their residents AT ALL, its all about money!! If you are homeless with a lease, they don't care, as long as you pay them!! And on top of this, the place is a dump, as most of the units had some type of leak or flood during the storm!!! They also already had constant water issues prior to the storm, and the water is still off frequently till this day!!! In January the hot water was off like 4 days in a row, and randomly on and off all time! All of the apartments are old, and ran down with cheap materials as well, and they also have HUGE COCKROACHES!!!! And to the office, please dont reply telling me to call the office, as I already call all the time, and am basically given the same info each time! This is sooooo depressing and stessful to deal with!! RUN, AND DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

I have lived here for 5 years. Though these apartments are older, they have been upgraded and you can’t beat the price. They keep the complex clean and maintenance is pretty quick to respond. The only downfall with the age of the apartments is the floor plan. All bathrooms in the 1 bedroom apartments have the mirror and sink outside the bathroom. And the bathrooms are very small. If you’re in the bathroom and need to close the door, you have to squeeze to the slide. Not ideal for adults. These were my first apartments as an adult and I have truly enjoyed my time here overall. Very safe, no criminal activity.

Have lived here for 1 and 5 months. Now with 2nd owner of complex. New ownership is much better than the first. Many upgrades! Office staff in prompt and courteous when talking to them. Maintenance really good and friendly.
I can honestly say by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. The office staff, apartment managers and maintenance team are amazing. I never have to wait if I have a maintenance issue, everyone is courteous and kind. They keep the premises clean and Taylor is above and beyond AMAZING. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
I have lived here for 1 1/2 years at this time. New owners took over in Sept 2018. I already loved living here. My husband and I are elderly and love how quiet it is here with such a mix of singles, families, and children. Our cats play outside with the squirrels. Dogs are walked nearby with owners doing the pooper scooper thing. There is a dog run on the property. Maintenance requests are usually fixed by next day. The new owners are doing many upgrades through out the complex including new roofs and chimney caps. There are major renovations being done on vacant apartments for new tenants. (kitchen and lighting upgrades) We never had any problem with parking. We pay for a carport space to protect our car, but usually the other spaces are available also. Check this complex out, I really think you will like living here as we do.

I moved In on February 2nd 2018 to apartment 323 the apartment was given to me not inspected, cleaned, smelled like animal urine, there's subflooring issues plus holes on the vinyl floor, cabinets are falling apart. i informed the leasing assistants, property manager and regional manager but they all ignored me for more than a month, last week I finally got tired and called a city inspector in and they did found violations in the apartment. I asked the property manager why were this issues not resolved when I asked but now that the inspector pointed them out they're finally doing something? and he ignored me again. they will not let me terminate my lease or move me to another apartment so now I will have to take legal action. Besides all that there's never parking spots available, trash cans are really far away,and the downstairs neighbor it's really annoying and will come banging on the door at night just because I'm walking around the apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOU DO MAKE THEM SHOW YOU THE APARTMENT BEFORE MOVING IN, IF YOU MOVE INTO APT 323 ONCE I MOVE OUT MAKE SURE ALL THESE ISSUES WERE SOLVED FIRST.
I have been living here for 3 years now. These apartments are gated and very safe. There are numerous apartments in the area, many not so decent. They have done renovations which make the apartment even better. 2 pools. BBQ grills at the pool. Covered parking. This area is becoming very busy and the prices won't stay this low for long. I hate I'm moving to Irving for a job because I would stay here until I get a house.
The apartment is old and even with the renovated model, you can still see the falling door of the cabinet and the rotten wood. The structure is poorly designed, and it is colder in winter because the heat preservation is not good. It has poor sound insulation, and you can hear clearly the upstairs neighbor walking and the sound of water flowing when showering. If you are a light sleeper, this can be a big issue. Parking is not a problem to me, though you come late at night you cannot park in front of the building.
Love the apartment and the whole set up. The management is amazing. They worked with me well. Love them much.
I've lived in Spring Parc apartments for two years now and have really enjoyed it. They are newly owned, changing owners right after we moved in. They have done a lot of renovations to the apartments and to the outside. Every time we've called maintenance they never take longer then 2 hours to come fix whatever we need. The people in the office are super nice and know me and my fiance by name. They also do fun things like a yearly pool party, we won a gift card this year! They have two pools, both have propane grills for everyone to use. The main pool has a jacuzzi, canopy, and plenty of tables with umbrellas. My apartment comes with stack able washer and dryer and they have a spacious laundry center. There is a gate and the area is very safe. We've never had any problems with any of our neighbors. There is an elementary school within walking distance. Also Kroger, Whataburger, Popeyes, Applebees, Starbucks, Wal-Mart and gas stations all in walking distance. The only bad things about living here is there is not enough parking and if you have visitors they must park in visitor parking which can be very far from some apartments, and in the night time forget about, all the spots are taken. Also the dumpsters are pretty far from a lot of apartments, we just take our trash with us when we leave and drive it around. But the price is very good for what you get in the area and I highly recommend if you are looking to move in this area!
You can't beat the price, location, and amenities. The staff is wonderful; they know you by name when you walk in. I had an issue once with a neighbor that was distributing neighbors and stalking someone. Staff stepped in and quickly evicted him. Made me feel really safe! There's nothing else I could want from this apartment complex.
a few monthes ago I had a water leak due to an Air conditioning leak in a upstairs neighbor and the maintence team repaired the damage in my dining room but the walls are shared by a storage closet off the bathroom which they never checked and mold and mildew grew in there when i was packing up to move i noticed the damage and reported it i lost over $1400 of my stuff and all the maintenace manager could say was we should have chacked the closet... yea you should have... and thats why i no longer live here
I like the area and my neighborhood however, parking is AWFUL! Overall, I feel very safe. The community has a very diverse mix of people as far as ages, singles, couples and families, etc. Management is fair overall, they are not great but they are not necessarily "bad" as far as service is concerned. The cost of rent is pretty reasonable or low compared to other communities. Parking is my number one complaint, as well as my reason for not renewing/breaking my lease. Other than that...the community is pretty good.
