If i could give these apartments 0 stars i would. The worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. They play with the rent every month adding their own fees without letting the residents know. They just make up anything to take your money. It’s not worth the headache, I promise! Don’t waste your time trying to lease here. They LIE a lot and like to play stupid to what’s really going on. I hate it here and I would NOT recommend these apartments at all. 0 stars.

Your worst nightmare come true
Been here for 10 years & all they have done is change air fliters for us, we have mold in the apt & when we asked for new appliances they accused me of changing locks & violating the lease no good is ever done to the inside of our apartment & somehow my rent is only going up, water is always getting shut of multiple times when they renovate outside they plug in to our walls & our light bill goes up on us how does that make sense in general these apartments & management are incompetent of running this community they just want you money.

WHEN YOU SEE A 1 STAR RATING LISTEN
DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could give these apartments a zero rating trust me I would. Take your time and consider other living spaces. I just moved into these apartments recently and these are the worst apartments I have ever experienced in my life. I’ve been here only 3 weeks and I’ve found 30 huge cockroaches and rat droppings. Each day since I’ve been here there have been a cockroach in my bathtub waiting for me it’s exhausting having to clean up dirty pests. I’ve spent over $100 in pest control even though pest control is supposed to come with the apartment. When you walk to your car you will see huge roaches running across the ground trying to get into your house and believe me they get in. The bath tub is ridiculously dirty. when you shower the paint peels. The apartment reeks of paint fumes and has paint sputtered everywhere. Most of the appliances in the apartment do not work. Most of the electrical plugs do not work!! On the first week I moved in I requested maintenance and they did not come until the 3rd week. Then, they get on activebuilding and act as if they completed the job when they did not complete the job. The tow company is unreasonable and will tow your car regardless of your residential status. As I was moving my things into my freshly paint stained apartment the tow company took my vehicle even though I have a resident parking sticker, I’ve had to pay to get my car out of the tow company when I live here. I wish I would have listened to the bad ratings. It hasn’t even been a month and I think this is one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.. please listen to me I am begging you. DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS WHAT SO EVER.. save your money or you will be wasting it living in filth. The only nice thing I can truly say about these apartments is that when you’re in distress trying to figure out where your vehicle is, your neighbors will help you. Other than that this place is basically like living in a dumpster. Be careful where you invest your money! If you decide to live here despite all the negative ratings at the very least sign a short leasing contract so you won’t have to suffer in hell for too long & good luck Charlie!

Very bad apartments
These apartments had rats and roaches everywhere no matter how much we cleaned they have holes in their walls maintenance take forever just to come half way fix the problem. My car was stolen , people take your wheels off your cars HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!

Shadow creek has been great to my family and me, I first looked into this apartments I wasn't sure because a few bad reviews, but they have prove to me these reviews are wrong. they have help me find help during covid situation and now winter storm. VERY HELPFUL AND NICE
Since covid started I lost my job and the office staff have been amazing helpful by working with me and helping with associations. The company owners also have a program that is amazing to help those in need, thank you very much. I will keep renewing my contract.

AWESOME APARTMENT
I am in love with my unit, very organized , with granite and backsplash and best of all, ALL FLOORING! I recommend these apartments, My sister moved in first and when I saw the night security I had to apply. The staff really take cares of your needs on time.

Excellent Units
Since I moved here the office staff and maintenance have showed me a great customer service, I am very happy with my decision of renewing my contract, fully recommend these apartments. Don't pay attention to negative reviews. stop by for a look and you'll see how nice these are.

Horrible service
I’ve Been in the apartment for 3 years now and it’s horrible. I work most nights and with family when I’m off so I’m rarely home but when i am the trash is coming out of the trash cans over flowing into the streets. I’ve asked management to fix the tub because i have small children who can’t enjoy a bath because it needs to be resurfaced. A slight wind knocks the power out for hours at a time (i have toddlers so that’s not cool) and the laundry facilities barely work. Out of the 6 washers and dryers only 2 actually KIND OF work. There’s no parking i live here and have to park down the street on curb side by another set of apartments to get home. The “security” that comes at night does nothing but sits at the back of the apartments totally not paying any attention (i know cause i sat from my car one night and watched his actions) they have all these residents and no parking causing a lot of us to get ticketed by the state for parking . I’ve only been Here because it was only me but now I have custody of my children And it’s uncomfortable for them.

How do this property Have 4 stars?! Only 3 reviews 2 being Poor!! SCAM ALERT!!!
Never any hot water, trash is always overflowing, no visitor parking, maintenance takes forever to fix one thing. Management has attitudes, Seven days at a time with no hot water, no real vent over stoves. Gates always broken front and back. My mom had black mold in her unit with asthma and they still haven't resolved her issues. Tell me how do they have 4 stars when they are getting terrible reviews?!? Because they are scammers!!!!

Worst Apartment Ever
This, by far, is the worst apartment complex in Houston. It's run-down. It's dirty. Don't even think about getting a deposit back, no matter how much you clean. They actually locked me out of my apartment and started remodeling before my lease was up, then charged me $150 for cleaning! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is horrible! They don't respond in a timely fashion or are just plain rude. Save your money. Look elsewhere. I didn't even mention the loud 3 A.M. neighbors, stolen vehicles, or constant sirens. Domino's won't deliver from 3 blocks away because of "safety concerns".

awful , awful, awful
Please , do not live here. I'm warning you. I have lived here less than a month and already complained more than 20 times!! The place is dirty . roaches everywhere . there are roaches in the light fixtures and even in the vent above the stove! Not only that but the roof leaks!! I live in a town home and somehow both the floors have leaks. The floors creak and are floorboards are loose. None of the cabinet's close properly and when we moved in the sink leaked as well as both toilets and all faucets!! Not to mention there are more people living here then car parking spots I can't even tell you how many times we have had to park across the street on the street curb miles away from our actual apartment spot. I didn't even want to give this place one star! The maintance men are nice however they do more damage then repair! The people in the office are nice but do get confused and gave my personal check to another guest.
