Spring Ridge Apartments

Management fails to remove snow in a timely manner which has lead to injuries on the property as well as failing to deal with a dumpster situation that has gotten completely out of hand. Parking lot and dumpster area constantly look like a bomb went off with garbage everywhere but inside the dumpster. Would post pictures if I could. Resident for close to five years but that means nothing to them, run don’t walk away from Spring Ridge.

Respectful neighbors and staff. Nice community located in Whitehall borderline Allentown. Close to the mall And highway for easy commute.

We love spring ridge. Never had any issues for the past 3 yrs of living here. Nice neighbors and staff. Close to Rt 22 and MacArthur Rd. Quite neighborhood. Good pricing. Has dog park,children’s park, pool and gym!

Me and my fiancé just moved here about three months ago. We absolutely love it here the office staff goes above and beyond, the maintenance staff is very quick and the community and residents are very friendly. We are close to everything, shops, malls and restaurants!! We highly recommend this place.

I have lived at Spring Ridge for a few months now and love it. The only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars is the price of rent is on the higher side. The apartments are spacious and the neighborhood is safe so that makes up for the cost of rent. The playground could use some updating but the gym is excellent. And it is dog friendly! Added bonus!

My husband and I live in a 1 bedroom apartment here and we love it :) The office staff goes over the top to get to know you, the maintenance is lightening fast and the community makes you feel extremely welcome. We highly recommend living here and hope to see you soon :)

This is an amazing community! Great place to raise your kids. Not only do I feel safe I feel as though my children can actually play outside at the park go to the pool. I’ve been here for years and have no plans of going anywhere else!! Great place and amazing management!!!!

i love my apartment and how spacious it is for my family and I. We move to PA from NYC to get move bang for our buck and this complex does it! We enjoy the large pool and the gym is awesome! The area overall is just perfect for us and we love it!

I found the perfect 1 bedroom apartment! 3rd floor, great view, no noise! The apartment is spacious with an open concept, and there is a ton of closet space. I found the perfect place to call home! My neighbors are great too - that is just a bonus!

My apartment Air Conditioning wasn't working from last year. I kept on putting service requests for leakages and other repairs. Due to bad air conditioning/leakages we faced health issues and paid electricity bill over 200$ per month for a 1-BDR apartment. Management is very ignorant to emergency maintenance requests. 2 months back they came to conclusion the AC unit is not gonna work and they have to replace it with the new unit. They took off the ac parts and added a portable AC unit 2 months ago. As of now, Management not able to replace the AC unit. They still don't have the exact date when they gonna replace it. The portable AC unit doe not even cover half of the hall area and heat system wasn't working when temperature were down to 40's last week in Lehigh. I'm really fed up with the issues i'm facing here. I want to let the people know about this. As soon as i create a maintenance request they'll close it with in 10-15 minutes by sending a reply email or by a call without any fix or future date when they gonna fix it?

I had an issue with heat system from last 8 months. Maintenance will come and fix berry late after we raise a request and with in few days. It stops working. I keep on raising requests like this all the time. I stay in the apartments currently. You can ask me for the things I’ve explained. Some of the reviews mentioned on this are fake.

My Fiancé and I lived at these apartments for almost 2 years. We settled here because they were dog friendly. The whole two years was nothing but issues. The first six months living their we would get random papers on the door saying “cage your dog because the facility needs to do work inside your apartment”. Even after calling to refuse random people in our apartment, it still happened, and go figure our apartment was robbed and money was stolen, when we talked to Tiffany (the former manager) we were told we need to go through our renters insurance to do anything. Throughout the whole winter months we had NO hot water, we would call almost every other day, mainatance would come out and basically tell us they are just putting a bandaid on the issues and that a new water heater was needed, when we talked to management about this we were told “it’s not in the budget to purchase a new water heater”. Our apartment was right next door to the storage room with the water heaters and our apartment flooded not once but twice and again furniture ruined and we were told to go through insurance to report any damage. The carpets remained wet for days until I mentioned mold to them and then management wanted to act concenered and get someone out to clean the carpets. The park was never maintained and looked uninviting for any kid to want to play on, the doggy park fence was broken and had to be rigged to be closed, the constant communication by posting notes on doors was inappropriate, not to mention the neighbor we had was terrible and had many complaints about how terrible she was, she would throw dog poop in our part of the yard, she would stumble around the complex drunk, and she would smoke cigarettes in her apartment making our apartment smell. Upon leaving the apartment, we were then charged 125 dollars for carpet cleaning which baffled me considering the flooding of the water heaters and raw sewer that was on our rugs and they didn’t replace them instead just cleaned them. Save yourself the time and stress and look somewhere else, the prices of these apartments are sky rocketed for nothing, management staff changes every other month (probably because no one wants to work for the company), even the maintenance men that would come out would conastanly complain how terrible the complex is ran.

Very happy with these apartments!! I Would certainly recommend to anyone. My experience here was awesome! They really take care of the property and they care about the residents. The couple times that I had an issue, Corinne (property manager) was there to help me out, she always had the right answer to my questions and took care of any maintenance requests in a timely manner. Again, very good experience!!

This apartment is definitely better than i expected. I didn't get to see the apartment before I moved in but when I finally did move in, I was pleasantly surprised. Its so spacious and the layout is great. The pictures online don't give the apartment justice. I live in a 2 bedroom so I have a private entrance which is very nice and convenient. The neighborhood is beautiful and so quite. I have lived at a couple of other apartments in the area but Spring Ridge is the best. The rent is so reasonably priced and there are so many amenities that are included, like the sauna (my favorite), pool, gym, tennis court and much more. The schools are great and as a single mother I feel very safe in this neighborhood. I am so pleased with my apartment I plan on staying until I buy a house.

I am really satisfied about living here. It has some amenities that I did not have in New Jersey. I am retired and my apartment alone has a balcony, washer/dryer and central air which I am so happy about it. They do the snow shoveling and trash removal. I have met so many people that are pleasant and very helpful. We even have a swimming pool for the whole complex.l

In general this property is kept nicely and safety has not been an issue. Any maintenance issues I have had have been taken care of promptly. The maintenance staff are wonderful, we did have a supervisor that was a bit too big for his britches but he has been replaced since he clearly lacked the necessary skills for the job! The office staff is usually friendly and helpful, but there have been instances of rudeness and belittling attitudes. I have lived here for several years and with just a few bumps here and there this community is wonderful. Most tenants keep an eye out for each other and are really friendly. Pets are welcome as well! I recommend the community!!

I movend into Spring Ridge Luxury Apartments 3 years ago...quite simply, my 2 children and I feel spoiled by this wonderful complex! We have gracious and respectful neighbors and we bond by having fun shoveling snow together to help out our community. You can't buy one of a kind neighbors at the store! We are within a minute of LA Fitness and I love working out and within 2 minutes of Route 22, where I travel frequently to take my daughter to basketball practice. When you need maintenance, which I rarely do, they address any needs within 30 minutes. The leasing staff is personable and genuine. They make you feel as if you are gaining a family. I love the Spring Ridge community!
