Roaches drugs and violence
Do not move here. I can’t stress it enough there are better places to be in hartford. The management is on drugs as are his friends you can never call the landlord directly. The place is INFESTED with roaches as in they are in the WALLS and no matter how clean you keep your place you will still have them. Nothing is done to solve this. There is violence in the building and on the street. People randomly screaming outside your window. There are places with decent rent in hartford with none of these issues.
