Freehold is an independent borough within the larger Freehold Township in central New Jersey. The community boasts a rich history and was the site of pivotal conflict during the Revolutionary War, commemorated at the nearby Monmouth Battlefield State Park. The community features a thriving Downtown district along Main Street, where you’ll find a restaurant scene serving up cuisine from around the world: whether you’re in the mood for Japanese of Jamaican, pizza or Peruvian, you’ll find it here.
On the south side of town, several larger shopping centers and the local multiplex movie theater provide more options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Living in Freehold puts you only about fifteen miles inland from Asbury Park, so heading to the shore for a day is always a welcome possibility.

Property Ratings at Spring Terrace
This place is an absolute joke. I've had documented instances of things being so broken down and disgusting that I'm currently embroiled in a pending court case with them. The entire property is disgusting and unkempt and they refuse to fix anything wishing only to put a band-aid on things until they break again. Management is awful and rude and the less I say about the current super the better. If you have a choice between living here or a dumpster, just invest in air fresheners and walk into that dumpster with a smile.
