A Community that Always Improving !
I have lived at Spring Villa since 2001 & currently live here. This building which is locally owned and now managed by Wingate , has gone thru a major renovation in 2003 which updated the kitchens completely & a new heating system. This renovation went very smooth and didn't displace any existing residents. The building has been well maintained with a dedicated maintenance crew to ensure that repairs are made in a timely manor. The staff offers many ways of help to all the residents & has the staff that has a concerned way to deal with all types of individuals. The Spring Villa Complex is now managed by a new Management Company, Wingate Management which has recently made upgrades in all the heating and water systems. This new company is now taking a more positive approach to upgrading the apartments interiors and how to bring a "Home Like Feeling" to the community. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone that enjoys a safe and clean apartment.
