My experience with living at Springbrook has been great!

Springbrook is a beautiful community to life in, the neighbors are very nice and the maintenance of the area is really good.

The staffs are welcoming and the people are welcoming.

I have lived at Springbrook for over 5 years, and the service provided by the staff has always been excellent.

The maintenance services are always resolved in a timely manner.

Great community to live in. Its very centrally located. The management office staff and maintenance staff are all wonderful.

As I sit on my balcony and enjoy the beautiful landscape and peace and quiet, I am reminded of why I choose to make Springbrook my home. I am very grateful to know the staff and maintenance staff on a first name basis. I appreciate the quick responses and the warm inviting environment whenever I visit the office. Thank you all so much for making Springbrook a place we can truly call home.

Great management on property, very responsive and expedient to the needs of the residents.

I'm always pleasantly surprised at how quickly and professionally the Springbrook staff handle work order requests. In most cases, work orders are accomplished on the same day of the request. I want to thank Baylee and Johnny for their professionalism and efficiency in all that they do. Also, a much appreciated Thank you to Glenda and Deanna in the office for always being there for the Springbrook residents.

8 months later, Im still a happy camper here at Springbrook!

There have been constant problems since being here. Multiple packages have gone missing of ours. There are rude and loud inconsiderate neighbors, and you can’t forget the dumpster that is constantly overflowing. When we moved in, the apartment was dirty, and it looks like the people who cleaned it didn’t take the time to really care about what they were doing. It feels like our concerns are not being dealt with here. Very disappointing.

My stay here of a few years has been exceptional due to the consistent professional services provided by the Springbrook staff. In a time when housing is an issue, it's nice to know your rental funds are well spent. Thank you Springbrook Staff for all you do!

Over the past few months that I have been living here, I have learned that there are many cons that easily overshadow the few pros this complex provides. The staff are all kind and quick to respond. However, there are so many issues with these apartments. Exterior: The dumpster is constantly overflowing with both trash and recycling, causing an incredibly unsightly mess every week. There have been multiple mattresses and pieces of furniture dumped behind the dumpster, and management does seem to think its necessary to do anything about it. The parking lot also gets dirty. Speaking of cigarette butts, this complex is not smoking free despite it saying so on the main page of the property, false advertisement much? Also, the other residents in this lot don't see it necessary to park within the lines, making it hard for others to park correctly. It isn't entirely their fault, though. The lines have almost disappeared with time and are barely visible. Interior: At first glance, the insides are very nice. However, it didn't take me very long to notice that the cleaning done before I moved in was shoddy at best. The area around the oven was still sticky with food residue and I was appalled to find a bunch of dust bunnies and discarded laundry behind the washer and dryer. There were multiple cobwebs all along the ceiling and there was something wrong with the carpets, they just didn't feel like they had really been cleaned. There have been multiple small issues, such as a faucet that doesn't close just right and a part of the shower stall that repeatedly is falling off. Other Issues: Spiders, lots of them. Every week I have been killing spiders at least the size of a half dollar coin. The frequency of them showing up leaves me to believe that there is an issue with the unit or the building. Also, this is a fairly noisy complex. I understand that you can expect to hear noises in a communal living area, but there are constantly people talking loudly in the parking lot, kids running unsupervised up and down the middle of the road screaming at the top of their lungs, and you can hear your neighbor talk plain as day if both windows are open even a crack. There’s also an extremely annoying issue with mail. There are countless other residents who have mentioned that mail is never delivered correctly, and it’s happened to me too multiple times. Despite this obvious issue, the management company has done nothing to clear this up with better signage or anything.

I love this place. The folks in the leasing office are so great! They always assist me whenever needed! Thank you to the entire Springbrook staff!

Being very particular about my living environment and its surrounding, I knew when I pulled into the leasing office parking lot that this was the place for me! It was even more so confirmed when I got out the car being met by maintenance staff (forgive me for not remembering your name) and meeting Divonna that I knew that I had met my match! Thank you Springbrook staff for a very professional, friendly and helpful experience!! Apartment hunting is very challenging and can be stressful but the buck stopped here at Springbrook!!

I enjoy living at Springbrook! The staff and management are total professionals and respond promptly to requests. The grounds are well maintained and clean.

I think the staff and maintenance crew are Awesome, and the best I've ever known! Whatever you are paying them... It's Not enough! Let's keep them happy, so they will continue to keep the Springbrook community Happy!

The team in our community is fabulous. I have not had many maintenance needs in four years, but when I have requested service they were awesome!

Living at Springbrook townhomes has been quiet and just what I needed. Glenda the manager is amazing and the maintenance men are quick to respond and always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy living here.

Excellent service

Overall, it has been great, response time is very good. I have been mostly satisfied. I have never had to ask if a job could be repeated.

Had a maintenance issue and submitted an email request to fix an item. They came the next day and issue resolved. Great quick service!

I love living here! The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Any time Ive needed help or something fixed the work is almost always completed within 24 hours. The grounds are kept very nice and havent had any issues with break-ins.

Great unit layout with nice size personal garage. Community is convenient to shopping and eating, most everything is in a 4 mile radius. Community not so large that there is an overflow parking problem.

My living experience at Springbrook has been great due to in part by the excellent staff. I feel safe and comfortable because they go the extra mile. Thanks for all you do!

I have been living at Springbrook Apartments for 13 months. When my husband lost his job, she did not charge us the buy out amount since our lease did not expire till October. She has been very pleasant and very professional in handling the situation. My husband found work and now we are moving to be closer to his job.
