Outer Derby and Haysville are neighboring towns featuring farmland and open space. Although the area is rural, residents can easily travel a short distance north via Interstate 135 to get into Wichita. Farther travel is made accessible thanks to Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport, located just west of Wichita. Outer Derby and Haysville have an abundance of modern amenities in the centers of both towns off East Grand Road and North Baltimore Avenue respectively. Outside of the center of town, entertainment options are available at one of the several parks that dot the area, or travel less than 15 miles north to get into the heart of Wichita for additional excitement. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I enjoy it because it is peaceful. I am extra lucky because I have great neighbors. I also love having washer/dryer in my apartment....no lugging it up and down the stairs. Very happy!!!! I would highly recommend this place!

I called them and asked if they had a 1 BR available and the details on it. They said yes they had 1 available, and they scheduled me for an appt 2 days later to do a walkthrough and do lease agreements. 2 days later, I drive 2 cities away to this place for our appointment, and they tell me they leased out the property the day before. No contact from them at all to let me know it was taken. Not only did I waste several hours driving there and back home, i wasted 2 days of apt searching because of their dishonesty. I didn't even get a chance to move in, and this was their "customer service". Rent at your own risk.
