We have lived at Springhouse since Nov. 2022. After living in a home for over 30 years we weren't sure what to expect in apartment life. We've been pleasantly surprised. We appreciate the commitment to excellence that the staff brings to maintaining the property and offering events for residents to connect. They often go way above expectations. Anything we needed fixed has been usually addressed the same day. The apartment complex is surprisingly quiet because it backs up to a farm. Though we don't currently have a dog, they are exceptionally dog friendly with the new dog park they just created.

We love Springhouse! Everything and everyone we have encountered at Springhouse makes living here such an enjoyable experience. Julie and Peyton are so wonderful and take the time to get to know their residents. After the very first time I met them, they have always welcomed me with a smile/pleasant conversation and greeted me by name. They are always thoughtful, as well, leaving move-in and birthday gifts. The apartments are spacious, clean, and safe. Our maintenance staff is quick, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never lived at a community that does so well at mitigating problems before they begin. Springhouse is everything we hoped it would be and more after leaving a less-than-stellar management experience elsewhere in Louisville. We cannot say enough good things about Springhouse!

Really enjoyed living here. Great location, great apartment, great complex and management. Never had any issues with staff or neighbors. We had a nice view of the mosque, great light in our apartment, and loved being in the trees. I think our rent was reasonable for what we got, and it was very minimally increased if we had renewed. Never had any problems regarding trash, pests, etc. I would 100% recommend living here. <3

My girlfriend and I moved to Springhouse about 2 years ago. As beautiful as the property is, we were more attracted to the great community and always helpful staff! The staff does a great job of hosting events for the residents such as holiday gatherings, farmers markets and my favorite, the summer pool parties. We are looking forward to staying here for many more years to come!

Before I decided to move here, I was given a tour. The employees gave me a low pressure sales pitch. I was impressed with the facility and the offer I was given. Moved here from out of state and was sold a apartment whose balcony faces the green. Upon moving in the apartment faces a parking lot. despite looking very nice on the surface the floors are already boweing, most electrical outlets in my kitchen dont work and the sink was disconnected and leaking profusely. Although the pool and gym are nice amenities.For the money I will be taking my buisness somewhere in which the rent asked matches the quality provided.
My husband and I lived at Springhouse apartments for 3 wonderful years! We absolutely loved our time there. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. The complex has many amenities for residents and is always well kept. There are always things planned for residents to do such as food trucks or mixers at the pool or in the clubhouse. Even during the pandemic the property management team continues to think of ways to bring the community together. The maintenance team is exceptional- anytime we had an issue (which was rare) they were right on it and we’re very accommodating. The office staff is very friendly and approachable. Julie and Josh were always so kind and helpful! It was so nice to live in a complex where the management team got to know their residents. The location is perfect, with Westport village right down the road and all the shops, restaurants, and amenities anyone could need so close by. We always recommend Springhouse to people who are looking to rent in the Louisville area! If you are looking for a great place to rent be sure to check them out!
