Very very clean and they are so helpful beautiful apartments!

I am very happy here. It is quiet and pretty and the staff and my neighbors are very nice people.

It's easy to get in touch with management or maintenance and they are always responsive and friendly. I love the location.

Springmarc is great at raising your rent yearly, but they also handle maintenance in a very timely manner. They will respect you, but you will pay. I have enjoyed it here, but now it’s like OK time to buy a house. It’s just more affordable now.

Springmarc is a really nice place to live. The leasing office is friendly and professional, the amenities are nice, the maintenance are hard working and professional, the landscapers and pest control do a great job keeping this place beautiful and the clientele is decent and safe. Springmarc is a place to call home and is a great place to live at overall!

I love that its quiet out here and maintenance is really on top of their job. The apartments are really spacious and no bugs.

We have enjoyed each minute since moving into Springmarc. Every need has been addressed in a timely manner, it is a quiet, affordable community with friendly neighbors. Our home is spacious and the amenities and location cannot be beat.

I like that I am not bothered by management unless absolutely necessary; privacy is respected. There is a constant presence of maintenence that lets me know they are active in keeping up with requests and keeping an eye out for any disturbances.

Springmarc staff is always friendly and helpful. I place very few maintenance requests, but when I do there is a quick turn-around time to completion.

Definitely a friendly and safe location for anyone that has children.

Great office staff and maintenance staff. Solid communication between office management/residents and Maintenance/Landscape staff do a great job in maintaining the apartment property and buildings.

I have never had an issue at all. I emailed about the garbage disposal and the kitchen sink leak . Maintenance was over in less than two hours ! He reset the disposal said he would return Monday to fix the sink . And he did! He even replaced the board under the sink which was moldy . Awesome job

As soon as I walked into the front office, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. The staff was very friendly, and answered every question I had. After showing me the apartments, it instantly felt like home. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and such an amazing price for what you get.

A little expensive for the delay it takes to get things taken care of, like gates, and routine repairs

The maintenence man not only fixed what I asked him to, he also noticed my filter needed to be changed and went the extra mile to go get me a new one and replace that too. I love these apartments and they have honestly made everything a smooth transition for me!

Environment is nice, bus stop is perfect for students, and the office staff is friendly. Although the gym never got used because some of the equipment did not work, and your not able to walk on the grass without stepping on dog poop, but that I understand is due to other negligent tenants.

I'm going into my 4th year here, and have always loved it...A little expensive, but worth the money...Great people and attention to my needs as a tenant.

Lia and Vy (office staff) are always quick to respond and have maintenance take care of any issue. They listen to residents and take action. And they make sure it is taken care of. This is why I continue to live here and refer others. I also hear the same from my neighbors about these two women. You should reward them and make sure to hang on to them!!!!!

I would absolutely recommend this apartment and I haven't even started living there! I'm basing this solely on the tour of the apartment and the professionals that work here! thumbs up ladies you guys rock!

Since I moved in I have some sumbit 2 work orders and both of them have been proactive and that been resolved quickly within a matter of time and I like the apartment in the community and with kept up and yes I would recommend it to other individuals who are looking for an apartment complex

I would recommend this apartment because of the community and other residents. They are warm and welcoming. The manager Lia is amazing at getting back to you as well with problems and issues. She handled our cockroach Infestation quickly and efficiently. I'm very grateful for that. I also believe that rent is reasonable. So I do recommend to others.

I love the trees, the green spaces, and the waterfall at the pool! However, I wish there were at least a small playscape for the children to attract more families, who tend to be more long term than college students.

I feel safe living with my family at this property. If I have any thing that is concerning the staff is always will to go above and beyond to help.

The apartment complex is a very quiet, safe, and nicely kept place.

I do feel the rental rate is a bit high considering the age and wear of the complex. However, it is perfectly suited near shopping and recreational areas.

Cost prohibitive is the only issue. On the other hand, this is a community I feel safe in, it is quiet and very well maintained, staff are professional and exceedingly competent and responsive, so it is a matter of "one gets what they pay for".

Great service and quick response time

The maintenance personnel was awesome! Dusty was super nice and knowledgable about everything he fixed. He was also helpful about things specific to San Marcos because I'm new here.

Although I've only been here a month, I can see myself staying here for some time! So I'm sure others would see what I'm infatuated about!

I felt a home. It was always safe and clean

I have lived here for close to 3 years. We just got a new management team that is pretty awesome. Have had next to no issues living here. This location is next to 2 bus stops for Texas State which is super convenient, parking is never an issue as there are always open spots, even during move in times. Pros: Good Parking Good appliances inside apartment (whirlpool) Great hot water heater New management team actually enforcing apartment policy (no leaving trash outside door, pickup up after pets, etc) Well maintained Management actually know who you are and don't treat you as a number Cons: Dumpsters can sometimes get a little full Overall: would recommend this location to a friend

Its a good apartment complex. Just alot of flies. And cats.and wasps.

Springmarc is a nice apartment for the area. Reasonably priced with a modern feel. Pros: Good Washer dryer Pet friendly Good ac Good electrical outlet access Community feels friendly Friendly front office staff Reasonable rent Cons: One pool small size, but it is beautiful with a waterfall Only two dumpsters for trash for each half of the complex, sometimes overflows and depending on where you are expect to walk a bit to reach it. Overall I think this place is worthy of 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend to friends or family.
