Our apartment feels so comfortable and like home. We don't want to move to another complex and won't. I highly recommend it. I love the location. We are close to everything!
This was the first joint home for my now husband and I, and we cried leaving yesterday! Ashley, Arlene, and Jacob were the most incredible, welcoming, attentive management staff anyone could dare to hope for, and their maintenance crew (Shout-out to John!) was top notch! I work from home with major health issues, and my husband had a significant commute; there was not a single day I felt unsafe or uneasy about being there alone. I always knew I could call the office, even after hours, or reach out to a neighbor for help, and someone was always there! The neighborhood offers literally everything you could possibly need- restaurants, shopping, spas, doctors, hospitals, urgent cares, pharmacies, churches and schools, entertainment, proximity to McNeese, downtown, the interstate, etc. There is so much within walking distance that you never need a car! The apartment was more more spacious than we needed! The pathways and doorways were wide enough for a wheelchair, counters reachable, and everything very secure and accessible! There was so much storage, and that entertainer's kitchen! It's open, has a massive island, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, large fridge with icemaker, and ours even had a wine fridge! The kitchen opens to the living room and has space around the island to easily fit 8 people. There is even a separate bathroom entrance past the kitchen (where your laundry room with included large capacity washer/dryer is) so that guests don't have to go into your bedroom to use the restroom! Large windows, a patio area, dining room space, woodlook vinyl flooring, plush carpet only in the bedroom, and a massive bathroom with a soaking tub complete this place that I will never forget! On the grounds there is a car care center, pet care center, pet park, pool with gas grills, gym, clubhouse with Starbucks machine, fire room at every building, paved walkways, manicured lawns, Magnolia trees, gated entry, and neighbors that love to let you pet their dogs. I know I sound like I'm being paid for this, but I simply love this place! Ashley, Arlene, Jacob, and John took care of us truly like family, and when I was at my sickest they didn't care that I was a tenant; I was simply a person in need. My husband and I never stopped being in awe that we lived there, and yesterday we stopped by the office to give everyone goodbye hugs. If we ever move back to Lake Charles we know where we are going. Please do not look anywhere else!!

Springs has THE most adorable apartments! I had the pleasure of getting to know many people in their office and you can tell their residents are a priority. It’s an ongoing relationship, they are constantly trying to improve and make sure you are enjoying your stay and loving where you live!
