Drove by this community while visiting Miromar, really liked the location. I’m moving in September and wanted to pop in to see if they’ll have availability, the office was sweet and told me they will but not any yet! I’ll be back soon!!

Lived there for one year never really spoke with management for anything. I moved out they stated that everything in my apartment was good to go. I have a form where it says everything is good(pictured). I get a statement a month and a half later stating that I have an overdue balance for a cleaning and re-carpeting fee $200 in total. I find out about this overdue balance after I have been sent to a collections agency in Atlanta. I have record from the itemized inspection with pictures that they filled out saying that everything was good. I call in to state my case to Elizabeth and she says once it goes to the collections agency it is out of their hands. Now, I have to deal with a collections agency and dispute their charge. Since, having to do that I look through all my documents and find my check out form. I filled out a paper and Elizabeth typed it into their system. I come to find out the reason I am moving is incorrect. Rather than my reason of poor management, she changed it to say "changed jobs".

My boyfriend and I have lived in the Springs since the Spring of 2019. We have experienced numerous shortcomings such as bed bugs from the beginning to pest control issues (cockroaches constantly in master bath). During our time living here we also endured issues such as water leaks, electric circuits going out (just from plugging in an Instant Pot).I do not recommend living here by any means.

Carmen (front desk assistant) and Frank (maintenance assistant) earned every star of this review. My experience at the springs was mediocre at best. Spent over a year living at this property. The property was not enjoyable and no place to call home. I experienced a total lack of professionalism. Especially when it came to Carmen...

Thin walls, super thin walls. Cheap appliances. Cheaply built for the amount of money we’re paying . Only get internet through they’re contracted provider. Did i mention thin walls. Only upside are the pool and location. If you can fins something cheaper in the same area, steer clear.
If you need to use the internet or work from home , forget this place. They make you pay to share a connection with an entire building. They pay for one connection and then you hook your router to the switch. You get slow UPLOAD speeds and are unable to control a secure connection. The entire building is on a intranet. They have partnered with a company to skim money of the top on your internet payments. If you use the internet STAY AWAY from this place.

Lots of good potential but due to their sketchy management I don’t see them lasting long... it’s no surprise they are empty and always available ... think twice about giving them your deposit... the rest I’ll leave it as a surprise ... :)
