We really enjoyed our 3 years living at this apartment! The property was beautiful, safe, and always well maintained. Any issues we had with our apartment were taken care of quickly by the awesome maintenance staff. We appreciated the free barbecues by the pool during the summer and the free breakfast organized by management. The amenities were always clean and well maintained. We would recommend this location to our friends and family and will miss our time living here!

I've been living in this apartment since April of 2021. This has been one of the worst experience in SC. The neighbors are very disrespectful. The noise and stomping from the neighbors up stairs. Which has been reported several times. They have a small dog and cat that parks and whines all day long. Several recordings with date and time stamp. The maintenance guy has also witness the noise and states that it was to much and told me to call security guard which who never showed up. My lease is up in 2 months and it's sad that my daughter and I have to look for another place to move.

My lease is up very soon and I cannot wait to leave. At first all was good, but over time things became worse. I feel management does not want to hear your concerns, nor do they want to enforce the rules. Such as parking, trash services, pet policies and overall upkeep of the property. Before leasing I recommend you walk around the property & see for yourself. Greenville has many other options to consider before renting here.

I was pretty excited moving into this apartment because it was new when I moved in so everything was in good condition. Overtime however I’ve become increasingly annoyed and am looking forward to re-locating when my lease ends. There’s no where to park after 9pm and people have to park on curbs (sometimes blocking garages- which are extra if you want one). I’m constantly having to park buildings over and walk back in the dark to my apartment. The walls are too thin. You can hear the dishwashers , garbage disposals etc from the neighbors. Some of the neighbors like to party late at night after midnight. There’s a mix of a lot of different people , families to students to older couples. That’s great but that probably means we shouldn’t have people hosting parties like they’re still in college. I think it’s also nice that they allow pets but some of the pets arn’t very nice. My parents came to visit and brought the dog for the day (she’s a smaller dog) and I was scared to take her into the little dog park with the other dogs. Pool is kinda small for the size of the complex. Wish there was more nicer outdoor space. Lots of trash lying around. The call box is a little tall for a small car so most people buy a clicker, which isn’t cheap. Also, even though it’s a gated community I’m still a little weary of my neighbors. I do like how friendly the staff is and how they have valet trash. The apartments themselves have a nice layout and are pretty spacious with decent finishings if whoever lives there before you keeps them in good shape. Ultimately, considering the quality and price , for the same/cheaper price I’d rather just be downtown.

With our pets, there are breed restrictions, and pets have to be listed when they are added to the lease agreement.
