Great apartment if you like paper thin walls and the worse plumbing I’ve ever seen in an apartment , good luck trying to flush more than a piece of toilet paper and not blowing up your bathroom

We’ve lived here almost two year
Place is pretty great, only issue is the walls/ceilings are thin but that’s not exactly something they can change. The complex has two dog parks, and they often have resident events. (Recently a dog pool party.) We’ve lived here for a while had a one bedroom, a two bedroom, and are about to move up to a three bedroom. We’ve liked each floor plan we’ve had. Office staff is friendly, so is the man who does waste management every Monday-Thursday & Sunday. Our kids are able to go around and play with the other kiddos that live here, and they get along really well. They scooter around the complex frequently. Neighbors are nice, and we’ve made friends here.

You won’t be disappointed!
I am new to Texas and loving every minute of it. Trying to find the best place to live is always stressful but I can say I made the absolute best choice here in Round Rock. I’ve been a proud resident of The Springs at Round Rock for almost 4mths now. I am very well taken care of from a staff that puts their heart and soul into making my life easy and enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to run into Brad, Moises and Eric; our hard working maintenance team, as they always greet with a friendly hello and a helpful hand. Ronya is our Property Manager, she is never too busy to address any concerns I may have or even some friendly advice on what’s good to eat in the area and always a beautiful smile to greet you and wish you a pleasant day. Kisha is our Assistant Manager, she is always caring, considerate, professional and always makes me feel so welcome when I come visit her. The property is very well maintained. I personally enjoy the Fitness Center, It has everything I need to start my day off right. Directly in front of the pool to give me that boost to keep me going longer on the treadmill... my bum needs it hahaha It’s also really awesome that we have access to a car wash onsite along with the dog wash. Makes my life so convenient. Not to mention they have two large dog parks for my Lucy and Mr Boo. It really is such a fun place to live. They regularly have outdoor resident events, where I’ve meet some very friendly neighbors and have made some new friends :) I get some may have not had the same experience I have had , but I do pride myself in never writing anything I can’t stand by.. choose this place to be your new and forever home and won’t be disappointed

A Great Place to Call Home
I love my home at the Springs at Round Rock for several reasons. I want to start by acknowledging the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I presented a unique issue to Wena and she went to work immediately to resolve my issue. I could not ask for a better experience than what I have been provided by this complex. In terms of quiet, Springs at Round Rock is number one in my book! I am able to record my podcast and write my blog without any interruptions from noisy neighbors. The property location is fantastic! We highly recommend
We've really enjoyed living at the Springs. The staff is so helpful. The manager Ronya is so kind and welcoming. She comes out and talks to us and doesn't hide from customers like we've had other managers do. She plays with our dog and gives her treats. The new person Kisha is very nice and helpful too. Maintenance is top notch. Our repairs have been fixed quickly and correctly. We highly recommend the Springs Apartments.

I have been living here for 2years. Just renewed my lease. It has been a great experience so far from the other apartments that I have lived in. Amazing Apartment Living
I just renewed my lease and my wife and I couldn’t be more happier to live at Springs at Round Rock. The office staff is always very nice and attentive to all residents. The community is very well kept and dog friendly:) I would highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

Best place to live!
Been living at Springs at Round Rock for about a year. Recently renewed my lease for a second year. This community feels like home. From the caring property manager Ronya to the leasing agent Wena.There was never a time were my concerns were not addressed. I love that this community is pet friendly with two available dog parks. My Yorkies definitely enjoy them. The apartments are upgraded with beautiful marble islands. Spacious and I even have a garage!

Springs!
I’ve been living here for almost a year and I will absolutely be renewing my lease. This apartment is beautifully designed and the entire staff is so helpful & professional. The community is exceptionally clean. The manager Ronya is the sweetest and treats us like family and loves our dog. I highly recommend this community!

Love this place!

My forever home!
The Springs at Round Rock is the place to be! Friendly staff and great atmosphere and facilities, as well as a very safe area. Chris from maintenance is great as well as all of the ladies in the office. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Best apartments I've lived in north of Austin
Highly recommend, new and up to date beautiful apartments, this is my second apartment I've rented here. The front office staff is amazing, Ronya always welcomes me with a smile and my dog with a treat, Wena is always a phone call away with an answer to any questions I may have. Quick service with and technical issues. Love it.

ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!
ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES! We have lived here for three years and it has just gotten worse every year, which is on us for not leaving after year 1. Our apartment is infested with roaches and has been since March. The complex said it takes time but 6 months is too long! The dumpsters are always over flowing with garbage. The office does nothing but lie. They claim to send emails for all kinds of apartment updates and policy changes, yet to this day the only email I have ever received from them was my initial lease documents. They are very rude, condescending, and nothing but a revolving door of new faces. The gates are always broken, so don't bother calling the community gated. Our front door leaked and it took the maintenance men two tries, two door seals, and tons of wood rot later to stop the leak. They broke our door lock in the process. I don't even know what a dead bolt has to do with a seal at the bottom of the door. By the way the wood still has yet to be replaced and is disgusting. This is one of the worst places I have ever lived and by far the most expensive.

Cheaply Built, Lacking in Customer Service
You'd be better off putting your money toward renting a house or looking someplace else. The apartments are cheaply built. Management is slow to return calls, if they even call you back.

LOVE this place!
The apartments are amazing. The staff has been awesome and have gone above and beyond to help us. We just went to have a look one day and ended with putting a deposit down. They really care about the residents and the amenities are just awesome!

Great complex
I have lived here 9 months and have had no problems. Fantastic community. Everyone on staff works hard to make you feel welcome and at home. The dishwasher leaked the first time I ran it, but the maintenance team fixed right away. The grounds are well kept - no trash or pet waste anywhere. I have recommended this place to friends who have moved into town.

Great experience
So far the experience with the Springs has been great! My family is doing a short term lease while our house is being built. The Springs has the best prices including an attached garage for short term leases. Crystal and Sandra have been friendly and responsive to all of our questions or concerns. The amenities are nice and well maintained. I also love how they have a 24/7 smoothie bar for after your workouts.

MOLD in ac unit and in stairs and in air samples
I moved in and was getting headaches I smelled mold and after some time I could taste it in my mouth. I put in several service requests ALL being ignored and them saying it’s normal. I was so sick , in ER twice and hospital visits 4 days a week the last few months. Finically I hired a mold Inspector HE TESTED POSITIBE FOR MOLD IN AC UNIT COIL AND IN THE STAIRS AND IN AIR. Deadly for me. I’m still battling for a safe environment. My oven broke for 2 weeks they had to replace the motherboard! Also dryer was broken for 2 months, water flooded through the wall. You hope to move in new apt but it’s THE HIDDEN DANGERS THAT ARE INSIDE THATS WHY THEYVDO THE LOOK LEASE AND PREVENT YOU FEOM SEEING BEFORE MOVE IN. Mold is deadly and creates long term health issues.
