It is insane how poorly constructed these units are. The flying is wonky, the hairs in the doors are huge, other doors insanely hard to shut. Had to clean the cabinets above the stove on move in day because I could see the grease left on them, which is insane to me. The staff called and emailed to leave reviews in there beginning but I'm the whole move in experience they've only handed me keys and a couple of info pamphlets/brochures and nothing else. They're not personable here, you don't feel very welcomed, it doesn't feel like home. You're being upcharge for a lot of fluff honestly. Wouldn't recommend, please try to look for better options that are more worth your hard earned money.

I lived here for almost 2 years. My experience was pleasant. Never had a problem with the staff, maintenance was always prompt with fixing whatever issue I had, and it’s close to a lot of stores such as target, Walmart, tj maxx, etc.

The place looks great. The insides "look" good, but are pretty poorly constructed. But the worst of it all is everyone who lives here smokes weed and it smells so bad all the time. Forget opening your windows on a nice day because your neighbors are smoking weed. Or forget enjoying your space on a not-so-nice day because the utter disgusting smell gets into your unit from your neighbors. One star because it's awful and management won't do anything about it.

The customer service at Springs is TERRIBLE. They will charge you fees even if you consistently pay your rent on time every month and then when you try to dispute them, the manager is extremely rude. (Backstory: we accidentally paid rent twice, once with an old account I do not use and the other time with our actual account. I had no knowledge that the rent came out of the other account because I wasn’t sent a confirmation email, and it didn’t take me to the second authorization step. In fact, I cancelled the page before it loaded so it never said that it processed. I don’t keep money in this account anymore so the payment didn’t go through. Even though we still paid our rent on time, they insist that we must pay a fee even though we had no knowledge of this payment even being processed). They promise 5-Star customer service but they do not take care of their customers. Living here has been nothing but a headache... and it’s not just from the pungent smell of weed. You pay a luxury price, but are not treated like so. Quite honestly the only good thing about this place is the maintenance team. Very friendly and responsive.
