Property Ratings at Springtree Gardens
This property is managed by some of the worst communicators out there. I sincerely hope that anyone who decides to move here thinks twice. I loved the location, and the big trees, but the list of cons far outweighs the list of pro's. The staff does not communicate very well, the repairs are cheaply done, the parking lot is always full of people who ding your car, the neighbors can be loud and inconsiderate, and the property managers do everything the cheapest way possible, which causes problems with apartments falling apart. Repairs are attended to on a "I'll get to it when I get to it" basis. I had high hopes, but didn't want to stay after my contract ended because of my experience. I would suggest finding a different place to anyone!
I was extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Springtree Gardens. The staff greet you in a friendly manner and make a great first impression, but don't be fooled! As soon as we moved in we were treated as a burden whenever our apartment needed repairs (which they need a lot of). The staff is extremely unprofessional with communicating with tenants, and would show up late constantly to appointments. That is if they showed up at all. I would suggest to look elsewhere!
The management team here is a joke. Extremely unfriendly. The office hours are bizarre, and don't cater to those who work. Any repairs are taken care of in the cheapest way possible, so all of the apartments are falling apart. All neighbors are unfriendly, and there are weird people strolling around the property at all times. I couldn't wait to get out of this place!
I would not recommend living here. Me and my husband had a bad experience all together. They don't have good services, or polite employees. The maintence man, couldn't fix anything by him self casue he is so old that my husband had to take of work to help him all the time. That's if he would even show up. Then we move out as soon as possible. It's been over a month and we haven't been givin our deposit refund. I called and he said he would call me back tomorrow. Now it's been a couple days... I called again and his wife yelled at me. So bottom line... Don't move in even though it's cheep. It's not worth it.
