Bed bugs infested throughout. Incompetent management
The worst conditions I seen elderly folks move into. Doesn't matter if you have new furniture, it will be infested. Years of neglect and a spread of 9 floors (cockroaches and bedbugs) you will be sorry to move here, or move anyone here
