Property Ratings at Springwood
We stayed in Springwood for three years (2021-2024) and welcomed both our babies while staying there. Through this family phase, Springwood provided us with the best of the living experience. One of Springwood's greatest strengths is its prime location. It's right off of highways 280 and 85, providing quick and easy access to the rest of the Bay Area. Underground parking and elevator access made our lives super easy since we could seamlessly bring the stroller right up to our apartment without any difficulty. One of our favorite things at Springwood was the adjoining shopping center that has a special access gate for the apartment community - the shopping center has Trader Joes, Foothills Produce, Starbucks, Peet's, Rite Aid and many other stores that made living in Springwood convenient and fun. Springwood prioritizes resident safety - there is overnight patrolling that made us feel very safe. There is ample guest parking that made the visits for our guests quite convenient. The leasing office staff is professional, friendly, and responsive. We particularly loved Ron's warm and welcoming demeanor in the leasing office - he supported us from our first visit to tour the apartments to our move out day. Every other Saturday the leasing office hosts the community at the clubhouse with juices and snacks etc. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly, our microwave was swiftly replaced when it conked one day. We didn't need access to the public schools but Springwood is associated with some of the best rated schools in the bay area.
We stayed there for more than 2 years and it was really great . No issues at the apartment, maintenance was available 24 hrs and quick . Management is super nice and understanding .
If you're looking for a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to highways, close to shopping...look no further! I love this place is close to 280/85. Makes getting around the area a breeze. Walking distance to Rite Aid, Trader Joes, Starbucks, produce market, dry cleaner, and more. While this is a bigger complex, not one of the biggest I've seen in the area. Family-friendly, but still quiet! Pool, hot tub, grills, and clubhouse are all available to residents. For the price, apartments are spacious with nice finishes. Sure the kitchens aren't the most updated, but the layout is nice, appliances are newer, and it works for what it is. Lots of storage in the apartment and additional storage is available for a monthly fee in the building.
We are living in Springwood Apartments for more than 2 years now. We are very happy with the service, people and locality of the apartment. Service is fast and leasing office guys pretty good. The apartment floors are well ventilated and lighted. The parking garage is secure and gated. Had few appliance problem, but they replaced those completely. I play modest loud music, but never got any complaints neither ever heard any next room noise. The walls are good :) If you live in buildings which are close to HWY 280, you may hear some road noises. That's only con of this apartment.
I have been staying here for more than a year now. The apartment is located in a great location, highly accessible to 85 and 280 freeway. Next door shopping center. Underground gated parking. Gated building entrance. Only one con is the price is a bit on higher side.
