I like the community but there’s still a lot of reckless driving through the lot especially at night despite the signage to slow down. Also lots of cigarette smoke coming through apartment door cracks .

It was a short notice that I wasn't moving to OKC. In that 2 weeks I needed to find a place to live and the employees at SpyGlass Creek helped make it as simple as could be. Maintenance could be better and not half things that need to be done. Roaches are bad and all over the place. Laundry rooms is always broken. And the parking lot is full of potholes. Not a place I love

Pros unique way to keep people involved as a community. Fun promotions. Cons being irritated with getting my MAIL no one tells you that you can only enter the mail room at specific hours of the day. We pay fees every month for the maintenance and up keep of the property. It seems like my building seems to get overlooked . Maintenance is stretched as far as these people can be. Maybe we can organize a neighborhood clean up and restoration project next.

Not a great place to live. Been here 5 years and this staff's been largely unhelpful, Lisa Whipple the manager is very rude. They mischarge, they don't respond to voicemails or even emails, even to housing coordinators for Housing Choice Vouchers. Do not recommend.

As with any corporation, issues start at the top, and Priderock, owner of Spyglass Creek, is no exception. The grass gets mowed, the trees trimmed, and the sidewalks cleared of debris. Those things, however, don't excuse the pile of furniture back by the greenbelt that's been there since before we moved here in August or the endless amounts of garbage scattered around the complex. Management is a joke. I wish I had good things to say but I can only look forward to the day this place is part of our past.

Amazing!!! This place doesn't disappoint! A+
From start to finish, I could not be more thrilled with the quality of service I received during move in here. Veronica is amazing and worked so hard to get me in, and at a rate I didn't even think was possible! They made the process easy and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I've lived in a few different apartment complexes in the Denver Metro, and this complex has to take the gold medal for service and care! I would absolutely recommend anyone to come view the property and see what they can do for you. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Not a Great community to live. Dog poops in the walk path (every where in public area), laundry does not work, dogs running around with out leash, loud noise parties in the public areas, residents loudly argue / fight with others in public, throw the trash items in the public etc. Community manager is working hard to build a safe living community, but it was not successful at all. Resolving Maintenance issues takes few weeks even for Priority 1 or 2 items. Maintenance team is good and solve the issues professionally.

Move in was okay. I’ve had a few issues that seem to be getting ignored but have managed to fix it on my own. I wish there was better communication when moving in as i was not told the mail is only available during leasing office hours. Pay all this rent to not be able to have my mail sent to my house is kind of annoying but doable.

En los últimos 6 meses me ha parecido una basura vivir acá … el lavavajillas no lo cambiaron nunca cuando hace más de 8 meses que se dañó y por más veces que fui ala oficina no lo cambiaron al igual que el aire acondicionado y lo peor,les hablé de las cucarachas que está infestado este apartamento y en 6 meses solo vinieron 3 veces Disq a fumigar … hay cucarachas hasta dentro de la nevera . Excessive loud music from residents type of residents with no respect for other residents livi g here speeding every once in a while the apartment has some mold from poorly insulated windows other than that the apartment is Ok for what it is heating and cooling is super high because of accent insulation but parking and having an exterior style apartment is wonderful weird people dancing and being suspicious during am times in the middle of the night laundry rooms not locked and are unsafe and unsanitary happened multiple times as well etc

So far it’s okay our apartment wasn’t cleaned prior to us moving in they painted but then closed the doors so paint came off the ceiling is cover in black stuff and dead bugs everywhere

New to the complex so far management has been professional and helpful. The unit I was shown was very different than the one I am actually renting. The paint and finish are more worn in than first shown. Also some pest control is needed.

I give this property 5 stars.
I have lived at the Spyglass Creek apartments for over 12 years. The first few years I had moved in I was not pleased with this apartment community. However, since then, with new management and new owners, I have seen a vast improvement. Lisa has been the community manager with Spyglass Creek for over a year now, she has made some big changes since she has been here. Lisa really cares for the people that live here. Lisa is approachable and yet very professional at her craft. She will bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met, and at the same time, she makes sure the property is running smooth and in full operation when it comes to keeping the property clean and in order. Since I have been here, there has been new landscapes, the landscape is really pretty when you go walking through the community. I would recommend this property hands down, there are good people that run the leasing office. This property is excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Spyglass Creek is a good place to call home.

Ms. Veronica in the office is a very nice, helpful, & hardworking lady. The maintenance man is very cool & always come when I need him. Most residents seem to be respectful, but some are very nasty, loud & rude!

Affordable rent with decent amenities. Community Manager is Good in listening to the resident concerns and solving it. Maintenance team is vibrant and solving the maintenance issues. Most of the residents who has pets does not follow the community guidelines, so even walking path , common areas have dog poops. It smells bad after few days, no one would clean up. Weekend loud, noisy party in the parking lot, common areas, pool areas etc. It's unbearable. Some of the residents are very rude in behaving. New Community manager Lisa is working hard to provide good, safe community to the residents, but some of the residents are causing the issues to the community.

My personal experience while moving to this community was above and beyond my expectations. Ms. Veronica in the leasing office gets all the praise for making this move so amazing. Not everything was perfect, but she sure did try her best to make it so. She accommodated not only myself, but most importantly my son. My apartment is truly the best fit for us and everything in it is brand new. All thanks to Veronica and her team!

The property needs a lot of upgrades. Many issues at move in. The staff is nice enough but there is too much that is being ignored. There is ample parking but the parking lots and drives are full of potholes near the end of the property. I find myself concerned about safety

I like the community , no problems there so far. I do have a problem with when the common areas get unlocked, a few times I have been gym ready at 11am and it’s closed or swim ready at 11:30am and the pool is locked .

Gym doesn’t have weights, equipment is missing, temperature is hot and makes the place smell. Laundry facility is always dirty, sinks are clogged, washers and drier don’t work half the time and we can never get refunds or a response from the people in charge of them. Pool situation got better but now I can’t get in because by the time I’m off work it’s closed and some weekends it’s not even open. Maintenance takes forever and I understand there’s several apartments but simple request take about two weeks.

Everything has been nice and quiet. Management (Lisa) is very proactive in taking care of problem tenants. Office staff is really nice. I haven't had any issues with the staff. The address that I live in is very convenient and quiet. We're pleased with our living situation.

do not live here. I am an unfortunate current resident and have had bed bugs for several weeks now. I have put in several maintenance requests and gone into the office to speak with staff (as they don't ever answer their phones) and this issue still has yet to be address let alone remedied.
