Each apartment sets around a common front grassy area, with lots of windows and natural light. Front and back entrances access each apartment. No pets, sorry! One dog negotiable in front 3 bedroom only (with a non-refundable pet fee). Smoke-free community - designated outdoor smoking area. Current employment and rental references, income minimum two and a half times the rent, no evictions, and be able to pass a basic credit and background check. No felonies or prior evictions accepted.
