Neptune Township rests along the Atlantic Ocean. A known beach town in New Jersey, Neptune finds itself close to great attractions including Stone Pony at Asbury Park, which is a music venue that’s been around for decades.
Neptune Township is a hot tourism spot in the spring and summer months. Folks move here because of its low living cost and beach accessibility. Access to major roadways are a real treat for residents and visitors.
Taking the train to Manhattan or Philly will take about three hours one-way, affording travelers a relaxing trip to either destination. Neptune is a great suburban area with good schools for younger kids, and several vocational schools for older ones.

Property Ratings at SS Adams Luxury Rentals
Would absolutely be zero stars if possible. Was a resident from the year it opened to 2025, I never missed a payment. Had multiple instances where as a tennant I was unable to get maintenance from the building. I went almost 2 months without a bathroom. Bathroom upon moving in had a cracked toilet… Almost everything in the bathroom was held to the paper thin wall with nothing actually holding it in place causing everything including the towel rack to be delicate / impractical. Had issues with the dryer, twice. Had to front the money for the repair after he already came to fix it saying it wasnt something they got paid for. It was later reimbursed on my rent but regardless thats actually rediculous and not something they ever mentioned or had in contract. This type of behavior is common with this building. Forget about trying to break your lease with this place. They will hold you to pay every penny and just void your deposit. They never sent us a bill, borderline harassed me through email for weeks but wouldn’t respond to any of my requests as a tennant. And i guess they just forgot that I had a 4,000 deposit when they sent me into collections for unknown charges totaling almost 5k. I strongly recommend not moving into this building, the rent is near 150% higher than it was when i moved in around 2020. They might seem friendly but you will never have them as a reference for future rentals or other properties, they burn the bridge and just try and kill you for as much money as possible. This is going on the BBB too, they changed the contract every single year, making minor adjustments that are negative towards tenants and like I said before hiking prices therefore also causing you to send them a lump sum in check to correct your initial deposit. Also charging me 2x 350$ for an additional Electronic Key, I never recieved back after moving out, that was returned.
First off the management is terrible, no communication, unfair, and slow. The building manager is completely unfair with any regards on issues you may have with the building. Expect to be fined if you receive ANY complaint, or do anything wrong no matter how little. They will try to suck every last dollar they can out of you without any care in the world for you continuing to stay at their building. The Bradley/Beach location is the only saving grace but still not worth it as west of the building is a pretty bad area of Neptune, which can be unsafe and isn’t a good part of the town.
This apartment complex is a nightmare. The leasing office and the landlords are horrific to deal with. I’ve addressed numerous concerns with them about the ventilation due to a black residue spewing all over my apartment since I moved in and now that I have threatened with legal action I am finally getting someone from an HVAC company to come out. Oh, I’m also pregnant and have a newborn on the way and all of his furniture is caked on with black stuff. I asked them to provide cleaning services and was told no. When I originally moved into the apartment it was filthy dirty with numerous broken items. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else with better management because when something goes wrong or you want your security deposit back, your screwed.
This charming, safe, and secure boutique apartment building is what you come to expect from the shore. Management keeps the complex clean and well maintained.
I have lived in this charming building for a year and I just renewed my lease. The management has always been responsive. The building is kept very clean and secure. The location proximity to the NJ Transit train station and Bradley Beach was a big factor in my decision to originally rent, but I now fell in love with this building for its charm. I have a cousin and family member who both are looking to rent now at this building.
The building is brand new and kept clean and cared for by management. The area was perfect as it is close to Asbury and right across from the train station. The security of tenants is very important and the covered/reserved parking was a big plus. Moving in and out were both seamless and easy and my deposit was returned quickly. The management is hands on to make sure the building stays in nice condition. I only left because my job transferred me out of state. Would definitely re-rent there if I move back to jersey.
Positives- good location, social building, friendly neighbors Negatives- TERRIBLE management/owner. They will fine you a minimum of $250 or $500 for basically just breathing too much. Place is brand new but practically made out of paper mache— touch a wall with your finger tip & it will scuff. All of the hardware was falling off the walls within a month of moving in. Key fobs and the call box to let visitors in work about 50% of the time. Expect the fire alarm to go off for no reason about once a month as well. Almost forgot, the elevator usually breaks multiple times a month as well but at least you will get in shape having to take the stairs! As a someone who has rented for many years at different locations, do yourself a favor and do not rent here!!
Absolutely horrendous management. They will fine you for anything and everything they can, won't fix anything that is broken, take all of your security, send rude group emails to all tenants, etc. Everyone I have spoken to in the halls feels the same way and couldn't wait to get out. They tried to charge $500 to move a couch in on a Saturday because that wasn't a "moving day" and they would need to hire a supervisor to make sure we didn't damage anything. Multiple fines/charges like this were miraculously waved after I sent proof that it was either not in the lease or straight up illegal. In my multiple years of renting I have never had an experience even remotely as terrible as this. Stay far away.
Absolutely horrible management completely ruined my experience here. Every person I have talked to in the building has been fined for one reason or another. If you try to bring any furniture in on the weekends it’s a $500 fine. Prop a door open for five minutes and that’s a $250 fine. My friend had his hands full and used his foot to open the door and was fined $500 for “vandalism”. If you try to argue the fine they will serve you eviction papers as their only response. A friend came over with her dog for less than 4 hours and I was fined $1,000. If they feel you did not flatten your boxes enough before recycling them they will fine you $250 per box. DO NOT RENT HERE.
This has to be the worst place I have ever lived. The building managers are intolerable, and will fine you for anything that they possibly can. You hold the elevator door open for too long, your getting a fine, if you're bringing in the groceries and prop the door open, you will be fined. God for bid you need something as simple as a window blind fixed the will ignore your maintenance requests and then fine you for them being broken. Lose your key to the building, expect to pay upwards of $350. This place is a nightmare.
