Absolutely love living in this beautiful community , it's still the best decision I made to move here, it's quiet , and it feels like a woodsy resort. There's been a few things but luckily they've been resolved and I'm happy to be here!

I celebrated one year as a resident of St Andrews apartment homes this past November. I love this complex and what it has to offer. My only complaint is I live on the first floor and people with kids above you need to have more respect for their neighbors that live below them. The running and jumping gets out of control.

it is a good experience to leave in St. Andrews Society, all are good neighbors here and friendly leasing office staff. Schools and surrounding area is quite good.

We love our home and our community. Our apartment is beautiful, the grounds are kept nicely, our neighbors are nice and it is in the most convenient area of GA.

The apartment is in a great location with great schools. Recently there are some theft happening in the apartment and it would be great if the management can do something to increase the safety.

My move in was smooth and easy. Siobhan helped me with all of my questions. My first maintenance issue was attended to very quickly. I would recommend St Andrews to a friend

I really like living at St. Andrews Apartments! The staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is prompt considering they have so many apartments to maintain. I have heard nightmare stories from renters at other complexes, and I am grateful to our hardworking staff.

We love our neighborhood so much! This is our fourth year in St. Andrews and we have been enjoying it. The staff are very friendly and proffessional.

Since 2 years m writing the same thing that community is nice ,maintenance and staff is good but we need some play area for kids ,kids are playing on road as they doesn’t have any other option, but this seems our review and suggestions doesn’t matter much .

Nice community with very friendly people . Come check it out for yourself. It will be worth your ride hear. Staff is very nice and always doing something for the community.

We absolutely love it , my children were so happy , it’s a beautiful apartment and very spacious . I love the whole set up . They are very excited and we are looking forward to staying a while

Summer around the complex was nice. St Andrews does an excellent job maintaining the grounds. The outside of the complex, pool area and gym are always clean

Good but it can be better. Service and Amenities are less than where they were before, while rent keeps going up. Competition is rude. Fogelman need to do something soon

I've had a great experience overall living at St Andrews , there was a bit of a hiccup with the washer but ultimately was resolved, haven't had any issues since , love the community and the apartment and definitely will stay longer.

Good experience with lot of nature trails and lake. Friendly staff. Its near to most of the stuff in area . Nice little ftness center with swimming pool

We have been very happy living here at St. Andrews for the past nearly three years. The apartment complex is esconced in an idyllic setting of woods, a lake, a gently sloping landscape, and a nature trail, all of which make for a peaceful, unhurried, joyous living. The community is well-connected with the outside world of shops, malls, schools, restaurants, nature parks, hospitals, and doctors' offices within a radius of 5 miles. Maintenance and upkeep of the rental property are ably managed by an amiable staff, and we have been happy with the whole shebang!

Beautiful quiet family complex with plenty of amenities. Staff is great and apartments are very nice. Location is great you have access to many surrounding stores, restaurants, and highway is not far as well

Beautiful property! Well kept and maintained. The staff is awesome! Extremely pet friendly. If you love nature, this is where you want to be definitely! We see deer all year long it seems, along with owls, hawks, blue birds, red birds and all sorts of other types of birds.

it is just ok to stay here, staff is good and neighbors are also good. All the way community is above average, rents for new candidates are high but for existing it is very high, so this makes us upset.

Great and quiet community! I feel safe and love the area ! It’s very clean, which shows a lot for an apartment community as well! The school district is one of the best and I am very happy with that too!

Pros: Location, Gas range, Good size apartments. Cons: Very thin walls, you can notice even slightest movements from your neighbors. They are increasing rent around 10% for every renewal which is huge for such old apartments.

The geese, squirrels, SNAKES and chipmunks are out of control. Trash pick up is unreliable. Animals frequently in trash. Goose droppings are everywhere including patios - disgusting and highly unsanitary. Trash is everywhere from animals getting into trash. Garbage disposal location is always overflowing with furniture outside. In the apartment above me there are 7 people living there. There is constant noise at all hours of the day and night. The upstairs apartment hangs wet clothes outside all over the on shrubbery and patio railing. Makes the apartments look cheap and low class. Kids running around unsupervised in the parking lots which makes it dangerous to drive/park. Even worse at the pool. A child is going to get hurt soon. One woman routinely refuses to put her two small dogs on a leash. One dog is very aggressive (small black dog) with other dogs. She even brings the dogs inside on the pool deck - I don’t want to walk around a pool deck with dog pee. Gross!

Quiet community. Very clean and staff is as helpful. Maintenance requests are completed timely. Shiobhan is like our personal concierge. :)

I have lived here for sixteen years I think. I love it here. The location is perfect- grocery stores, chain shopping stores and all the things are in every direction. The maintenance staff are wonderful. The office staff are always polite.

This used to be a good community a year ago. But after the Management staff changed, it has become a nasty place. They are not maintaining common amenities. The Bathrooms and Gym are nasty and have mostly broken equipment. they don't clean the pool. The walkways are dirty. Except 1, the rest of the Management staff are very rude and unprofessional. Do not lease into trouble and headache. Most of the people are trying to move out ..

Living in Saint Andrews apartment homes this is great location the staff is great when something goes wrong all I do is call and they come within the hour to check it out. There is a pond with geese and ducks. the other wild life is a dream come true when you love animals as I do. There are deer and rabbits chipmunks a wide range of birds. They have kept the area surrounded by tree so it appears when looking out the windows or walking around that the forest is around you. There is a lovely pool area were you can sit and have a cook out. There is a great gym to exercise. Every thing is with in driving distance. There our walking and bike riding trails great parks and restaurants and schools. Mrs. Irene Curtis

I'm a college student who really cant complain about where she lives. Saint Andrews apartment is where I live & my living experience has been great. Peaceful in a quiet neighborhood full with lots of old people. Lol & playful kids around the neighborhood. Perfect place for families. Most important thing that alot of people want to know is if where their living is safe, especially for the kids. Another important aspect is knowing if the leasing management is up to par with their communication & helping you as best as they can & thats definitely what saint Andrews has. great communication & any information that our residents would need to know

Well renovated. Nice layout. Everything works good. Beauty and well maintenance community areas. I just have been here for 2 months and I am very happy. 4 starts and not 5 because we had couple encounters with cocroaches
