My apartment is in a quiet area and feels cozy. It's surrounded by lots of trees You can play tennis and volleyball here too, which is fun! Overall, it's a pleasant place to call home.

Nice place to live; never had any major issues, and the few minor issues I had were resolved very quickly. Relatively low rent, and my 1B/1B is more than enough room for 1 person. The only real downside is that the kitchen is pretty small, but I've made it work (and I cook the majority of my meals).

I am very happy with both the management and the condition they keep their apartments in! Management They always take your concerns seriously and are ready to help. Whether it's a concern about the apartment or a neighbor, they are proactive, fair and have always kept me in the know! They treat you like a human being. Maintenance They're always respectful - and quick! I've never had to wait more than a day or two for help (and if that's the case, they let me know!). Apartments I have the 2 bedroom model. It is very spacious for 1 person, and can fit a small family well! The walls and carpets are clean, and the dishwasher works great! Also - ImOn works here! Don't have to have Mediacom. Outside The grounds are well taken care of - summer and winter - and there's plenty of room for the neighborhood kids to get their wiggles out. In the summer, I love sitting at the picnic tables for a change of scenery. There's also tennis courts and a volleyball court. Garage I love my garage! It holds one car, and some items in the back. It takes some getting used to when parking. It's been my best friend this winter! They're limited so if you're interested in one, let the office know as soon you can. Location Target and the movie theater are just a couple blocks away! Can walk there, if you want to. Pets Pets are not allowed here. However, I did ask the office if I could have a fish, and they said that'd be fine since as much as the fish would miss me when I went to work, it wouldn't make noise and bother my neighbors! Overall I feel very secure here. I lived at Windsor prior and could not be happier - complete 180! The only reasons I could see someone wanting to move out is if they decide they need more space, feel it's time to adopt a cat/dog, or are transferring out of the area.

I've lived here 2 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone who works for St. Andrews has been amazing my entire time here. Anytime I need anything fixed, it gets done right away. They even helped me get my car unstuck from the snow after a big storm! The prices are great for the amount of space you get. And you get a lot of space. It was such a great find when I moved to the area 2 years ago!

I've lived at St. Andrews for several years and have found it a great place to live. It's close to everything I need. It's clean and well maintained. It's quiet and I like the green space. In my time here I've seen new windows, new siding, new roof. Anytime I've had an issue they've been right on getting it fixed. I highly recommend St. Andrew's apartments.

Been living here a number of years and the apartments are great, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and take care of any issues quickly. It's a convenient location as well.

I am in my 8th year as a resident of St Andrews Apts and truly love living here. The apartments are close to shopping, health clubs, city parks and several medical facilities. Management and staff are terrific and quickly handle any questions or maintenance issues,

I have been here 5 years, exceptionally quiet community. Very friendly neighbors, safe to have children outside. Off Council St with no thru traffic which keeps kids safe and very quiet for evenings relaxing. Downtown and across town in 8 minutes, great for travel anywhere in CR with easy access to 380, Hwy 100, Blairsferry, Collins and Edgewood, perfect location. Very child friendly with basketball and Tennis courts. A place you love to come home to.

We have absolutely loved living at St. Andrews Apartments over the past several years! If we weren't buying a house, we would never leave. The apartments are modern, functionable and very quiet. We never hear any complaints from neighbors. A very important aspect of this facility is that it is owner managed. This makes a huge difference in how the office manager (owner) handles maintenance requests. Same day service is always much appreciated. The tennis court was a great place to exercise and hang out with amazing neighbors. Having a community-minded office and maintenance staff makes St. Andrews Apartments more than just a place to live. They are very helpful, respectful, and friendly. We have met so many great people from different cultures and have made very good friends, which can be difficult to do when life is hectic and busy. We are grateful for our experience here and highly recommend St. Andrews Apartment.

This community is a wow at every encounter. Amazing team, wonderful landscaping, and super timely maintenance request completion. The owners put a lot of care into maintaining long-term residents and will go above and beyond to make anyone feel welcome in their office. 10/10.

I would recommend others to live in this community. The staff of this community are very helpful. Great surroundings around the community. Nice to have a tennis court, volleyball ground, BBQ grill outside building.

Clean, spacious & quiet units. Close to shopping, restaurants, schools & the post office. The Landlord & staff very friendly & quick to respond if you ever have an issue. I would highly recommend St Andrews Apartments!

I love living at St. Andrews Apartments and I have just renewed my lease for another year. The staff at St. Andrews is very friendly and attentive. They are very quick to resolve any issue I have. Those issues are very few and far between too as they constantly maintain the property. It is also a very quiet atmosphere. St. Andrews is also conveniently located close to shopping, a gym, restaurants, and entertainment which really makes my life easier. St. Andrews is truly a wonderful place to live. I feel very safe here.

I have lived at St. Andrews Apartments for years and I've never lived in a place that was better than here! The area is perfect, close to great restaurants, amazing shopping and great walking/biking trails. The management here is incredible, always helping out when needed, very friendly! It's great living here because it's quite, safe and a great place to live! I would recommend living here to everyone!!

This was the first apartment we looked at and we signed on it shortly after seeing the property. I would easily recommend this to any of my friends looking for a place to live in Cedar Rapids. You are in walking distance of a Target and fitness center (iGym). There are restaurants on all sides and it is easy access to the interstate. We never had any issues with the water, electricity, or gas, but always saw the staff working around the complex. Nancy and her team are friendly and accommodating and make the space clean prior to moving in. The reason we left was to be closer to our jobs downtown. No complaints at all! ??

I lived here for 15 months. As someone who has lived in nicer upscale apartments in metro areas, this apartment was a change of pace for the better. Great value on the rent price. Spacious floor plans. Up to date appliances and woodworking. Quiet neighbors and no crime to worry about. Snow is shoveled early in the morning. There was a pipe that burst in my apartment that flooded the floor and the staff were on it right away to fix it and made the whole process as smooth and pain free as possible. They replaced the carpeting and fixed the damage very quickly. Any other time I needed maintenance or a repair it was done promptly. This is the kind of quickness you don't get at the flashy upscale apartments in cities. If you are a golfer like I am you can walk right up to the driving range or clubhouse. Discounts are given to residents. I wish there was a place like this in the city I currently live in.

It's a great place to live. Has spacious 2 bedroom floor plans. Close to many ammunities. Very quite and clean. Best part about it is there's a laundry facility in each building. Staff was always very friendly and helpful whenever anything needed fixed. Very family friendly place. I would recommend it to anyone.

St. Andrews is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. Fireplaces are both functional and practical, keeps energy costs down and is a great conversation piece. The neighbors and staff are amazing and always look out for eachother. Feels like a family community and is a very quiet place to have kids. I've lived at St. Andrews for almost 3 years and I love it here.
