Property Ratings at St. Andrews Apartments
Rude management, I would not recommend. Awful experience when trying to find a place to live.
The complex is beautiful lots of flowers and plants. Thing is this doesn't make up for the lack of management by the owner. She didn't take care of issues she said she would. Her son on the other hands works his tail off fixing anything and everything. Some of the old people that live there are so nosy you can't get groceries without them knowing what you got and spent. Also they will keep your deposit even though minimal work was needed. Aka a max of 2 inches of painting.
I am celebrating one year of living here at Saint Andrews and couldn't be happier.... the beautiful well kept property , the incredible friendly staff and the handy location are just a few of the many reasons I am in my "forever" home!
Have lived at St Andrews since Feb 2016 and still enjoying every minute. Well worth the money and beautiful surroundings. The best management and the convenience to restaurants, shops etc. good place for family or single person. Recommend it to everyone.
I moved to Saint Andrews in February of 2017. My apartment is really spacious. The master bedroom has a walk in closed which I love and a washer dryer connection. It' really quiet around here, I hardly hear anything from my neighbors. There is a walking/bike trail behind my apartment which is really convenient. Vicki is a really good manager. She always answers the phone and she has the best maintenance staff. They are lightning quick. One time my freezer stopped working and they replaced the refrigerator within a hour of me calling Vicki. Wonderful place to live and it's close to restaurants and grocery stores. Tremendous amount of parking spots. The hallways are so wide, an easy place to move into.
Peace and serenity....like being on a perpetual retreat. Management is very friendly and responsive. Beautiful landscaping, right off a scenic bike trail, which I use every day. Highly recommend.
My aunt lives there and I went to visit. It is a beautiful location, it's gorgeous, right next to the bike trail. The apartments are really nice and she's very happy there. She said the staff is kind and responsive to any problems she has had.
I lived at St. Andrews for a year and it was a marvelous place to call home! The bike trails are right behind the apartment so it's easy to bike to the local brewery 515 or all the way downtown. Any issue I had was responded to quickly, the staff is incredibly helpful and I loved sitting on my balcony in the morning and watching the deer wander around!
My family was in the middle of redoing floors at our home and rented an apartment short term for the duration. I have nothing but great things to say! We always felt welcome. The tenants were very friendly. Vicki was hospitable and catered to our needs at the start to get us into an apartment that would work for my family. It was a wonderful home away from home, The grounds are kept clean. This property is on a trail that made it very convenient to get out and walk to the library and Walker Johnston Park (which was great for my kids). Vicki (manager/owner) was also very easy to get ahold of. The apartment itself was spacious. We rented a two bedroom, which seemed to be the perfect size for two adults and three kids. Like I said, I have only great things to say! Safe and convenient, you won't be disappointed!
This is a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly and the place is really clean and quiet. Definitely a hidden area in a great location. The location is so ideal. Everything is so close by. You get the great outdoors in a city environment. The trails are awesome since they are right out the back door. The trails take you anywhere from parks nearby to lakes downtown. Love the area!
Wonderful place to live. We were here for a short time but really enjoyed our stay. It is great for the elderly as they have handicap acceptability. Very clean and noise-free community.
I have lived at St. Andrews for 10 years. I'm continually impressed with the upkeep and maintenance of the buildings and our apartments. Whenever I have had any problems, the management and staff has responded quickly and corrected any issues. I love living here! Being by the walking trails is a definite plus, too. I love taking pictures of the deer, rabbits and squirrels. I even photographed a family of white owls outside my apartment this last summer!
This is the time of year we reflect on for what we are thankful. With the nice weather, I took a walk around the complex. I appreciate the pretty grounds along with the sights of deer that pass by. I don't think I have thanked the manager and maintenance for all they do. I'm happy I've made St. Andrews my home.
St. Andrews is a great place to live and the manager is a very accommodating. The grounds always look nice and it is so fun to see the deer that live close by. The apartments are large and the one I live in is re-modeled so it's almost like new. Great place and great neighborhood!!!
