Directly inland from Fort Lauderdale and bordered on the north and west by the Everglades, Weston residents enjoy the benefits of Florida’s natural beauty while being largely insulated from much of the tourism traffic that is more common in areas closer to the coast. The close proximity to south Florida’s beaches combined with the community’s exceptionally low crime rate and top-notch schools make Weston rentals highly desirable, particularly for families.
There’s no shortage of venues for outdoor recreation—Weston Hills Country Club forms the centerpiece for the community, and several public parks are scattered throughout the area’s neighborhoods. The local arts council is very active, organizing outdoor festivals, film screenings, and cultural celebrations throughout the year.

Property Ratings at St. Andrews at Weston
0/10 recommend Saint Andrew’s apartment. The hot tub never works. The garbage is always over flowing and houses raccoons. There are bugs and used gum on the gym floors. We had water leaks on our ceiling and running down our walls. Water and ceiling bits come off the ceiling every time is rains. We have put in several work orders since June to now, with ZERO resolution from the property management. We are just told “there’s no chance of mold” or “it should be fixed” despite us complaining of constant growing water leaks and stains. The only thing they did was PAINT OVER THE WATER STAINS. In a different color than our walls ??????? The person who came to paint over our water stains told us other units and buildings are also having leaks We had to vacate early out of fear for mold If you care about your health and safety, don’t live at Saint Andrew’s in Weston
Because they do not say that in all cases and at the end of the contract, they do everything possible to keep the guarantee deposit. I have the case that the contract expires on a date, but they say that I must notify 2 months before to withdraw AT THE END OF MY CONTRACT ??? Do you know what END OF CONTRACT means ???? Hopefully nobody rents in their facilities, they are really undesirable.
Worst place to live!!! (MOLD!!! MOLD!!! MOLD!!!) If there was a way to post a negative star, I would would give this place a -5. I don't even know where to start off, but the apartment that I lived was infested with mold. My daughter is a heart transplant patient and she was living with me at the apartment. In 2017 she hospitalized several times and was always coughing every time she came over. I told management about it, but all they did was clean the outside of the air vents. There was mold everywhere. Around the bedroom window, the outside patio door. My daughter got to a point where her donor antibodies started to become a threat due to her getting sick all of the time and her respiratory being affected due to all of the mold in the house. She had to start a treatment in early November 2017 called IVIG that helps flush out the donors antibodies from her system otherwise her body was going to start rejecting her heart. I don't think anyone has to go through this. I have all of the hospital records and her treatment records. I told management that I was leaving because I could no longer live in a place that was unsafe for my daughter to reside in. They told me that I had to pay the last month. I left the apartment with move in ready conditions and I was told that management was going to contact me. I never got a call from them, instead a month later they sent me a bill for outstanding charges. They went on to send me name to collections. They are worst management I have ever had to deal with. I would encourage anyone that is still living at St. Andrews Apartment of Weston to buy a mold kit and test your apartment for mold as it is a very toxic substance and you can become really sick. I would also encourage new residents that want to rent to have the place tested for mold before you move in. I made friends while living at St. Andrews and they told me that they have noticed mold in their apartments as well. Hopefully with these kinds of review Management can change.

Hello, I greatly value our residents' well-being and satisfaction, and welcome feedback that helps us to enhance our residents' living experience and improve the service we provide here at St. Andrews at Weston. Please know that I take any reports of suspected mold or water leaks very seriously, and pride ourselves on the integrity of our community and the apartment homes in it. Thank you for taking the time to offer constructive comments, though our records do not match the events as described here. We have no record of humidity or mold requests from you, and we tried to explain the charges associated with breaking your lease after you expressed your desire to do so shortly after moving in. We also sent you a FAS and several follow up emails regarding the balance on your account after your move-out but did not hear back from you. Nonetheless, I am truly sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience while residing here. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns about your file; we're happy to help in any way we can.
I lived in this complex for over two years. I left a review nine months ago that management recently responded to. Do not be fooled by their responses to negative reviews. They are trying to repair a well deserved reputation. Allow me to hit the highlights: 1. They will overcharge you for everything move in cost, move out cost and pad the water bill during the duration of your stay. (For example my water bill was well over $200 a month while living there. I know live in a three bedroom home with outside faucet and run a sprinkler twice weekly for $90 month. Please note I live in the same city and with the same four people who resided in our three bedroom apartment.) 2. They ignore maintenance requests. If they do come, it is not fixed properly and you have to call again and again and again. I went nearly an entire month without air conditioning. In South Florida. I wasn't the only one. 3. Parking is first come, first serve which means you will not be parking anywhere near your unit if you come home late. You can pay extra to have a car port but other people will park in your paid space. 4. Management is unresponsive. This includes the parent company Atlantic Pacific. In Conclusion, please read all the reviews and understand St. Andrew's earned this reputation. Do Not Rent From These People!!!!!!!

Hello, and thank you for your additional feedback. We regret to hear that your experience was anything less than top notch. Our management team is dedicated to resolving concerns quickly and efficiently, and we encourage our residents to bring their concerns to our attention. We apologize for any issues you may have experienced while living here and regret that we did not have the opportunity to address your concerns before moving. To address the issues that you stated, water bills are based strictly upon individual usage and unfortunately the community has no control over what the water company charges. Though our records do not match your comments about your air conditioning, I am certainly sorry that you experienced a maintenance issue with your A/C and understand how frustrating that can be. We have not had any issues with parking and we do offer carports for residents who prefer to have covered parking. Those spaces are permitted and vehicles improperly parked there will be towed for the sake of reserving them for our residents. We are under new management now and we welcome your perspective as a former resident of this community. Please feel free to contact the office directly to share your thoughts directly, and thank you again.
The apartments themselves are ok. That being said, the office staff might be the most incompetent office staff I've ever had to deal with in my 5 years of renting. I moved in with 6 roommates, when the 6th roommate checked in they told him "We dropped a key under the desk and can't find it, can you just make a copy from your roommates?" As if they didn't even consider the MAJOR safety issue with having a key to our apartment just lying around on the ground somewhere. We asked them to change the locks, after a month, the woman who dropped the key came back and tried to claim they she lose the key! When they told my roommate to his face that the key was dropped! After talking to a manager she finally came clean and they agreed to change the locks. Didn't hear anything for a few days and then we got an email at like 4pm that they had changed the locks with no prior notice. Someone had to leave work early just to get the keys just so we could get into our apartment. And the kicker: They only printed 2 keys. KNOWING that we have 6 roommates! This sort of incompetence is honestly ridiculous, I wonder where they even find people like that to hire..

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for the miscommunication that took place during this incident. Our leasing agent was told that you would receive a copy of the key from your roommates, otherwise our maintenance staff that lives onsite would have gladly made a key for you on that Saturday. Again I apologize for the miscommunication. Please let us know if you have any other concerns; we will promptly address them and find the best resolution. Thank you again.
I don't know how this place has 5 star review, it deserves 1 star. The rent is expensive and the water bill is overpriced for these small apartments. The maintenance service is horrible. It takes them weeks to months to get anything fixed and when you complain about it you get excuses and lies. Parking is over crowded, your never find a space if you get home at night. You will be parking 5 minutes away from your apartment. As nice as the place might look I would not recommend anyone to move in here.
Property Manager at St. Andrews at Weston, Responded To This Review
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are certainly sorry to hear that your experience with our maintenance team has been less than satisfactory. They work hard to fulfill all service requests within 24-48 hours. I'm also sorry and surprised to hear that you've encountered issues with parking; we have not received complaints about parking before this. Parking is on a first come first served basis and we also have carports available for the convenience of our residents. Water is billed based on individual consumption. I'm sorry again that you have not a better experience; It is our every endeavor to create a positive living experience for you in a community that you can be proud to call home.
In lived in this complex for a few years. Nothing but problems with the AC and leaky faucets. The maintenance crew was helpful, but even the manager got fed up and abruptly quit. Moving from the apartment was fun. Several months after moving I was contacted and told I owed over a $1000 for damages. Complete false allegations with no evidence to provide it. Only told that its the managers discretion. Good luck to anyone who moves into this complex. And no one will talk to you and don't bother calling because they don't answer the phones.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. It is important to us as we are always looking for ways to improve our customer service. I'm sorry if you did not have the best experience when moving out. Accuracy in our Final Account Statements is very important to us, and all residents are provided with a move-out acknowledgement with detailed information of what is owed. I apologize if you feel that this was not communicated to you properly. Our property manager Natashia has been at the property for over a year and we're proud to have her as part of the team. She is happy to help answer any questions or concerns that you may have about your file. Please don't hesitate to reach out to her at 854-349-9777. Thank you again.
My husband and I resided at this property in Weston for two years. We received a letter telling us our lease was not going to be renewed due to renovations. After several frustrating encounters with the new staff in place at the office including the property manager we determined we would not sign a new lease at a different unit. It was disappointing to learn the additional expenses that were expected of a known tenant including a rent increase of nearly $450.00 per month, fees for credit checks, first, last and security. Horrible business practices! While we lived on the property there were multiple maintenance issues. Most notably, we went nearly an entire month without air conditioning at one point. In summer. In South Florida. When they finally replaced the unit they tore into our ceiling in the master bath and patched it. Never sanded or painted it. A large 2x2 foot square hole. The pool and hot tub have been closed multiple times for several days at a time. We also had a roof leak that we reported four times and never received a visit or a call from management or maintenance to address the issue. We had problems with our washer, dryer, toilets and taps, and alarm system. All these issues required multiple calls. I have documentation and photos to corroborate my statements. To add insult to injury we were told that we needed to paint, clean, and clean carpets professionally for a unit they were renovating. This does not make sense! I understand the policy if we were moving out prior to just renting the unit again. But they said they were tearing out cupboards, counters, floors. Worse, we receive a certified letter stating you are taking a large sum from our security deposit for painting ($372) and a water bill ($900) and keys ($25.00). We turned in all the keys including the key to the fitness center that we had to buy. Either there is a leak in the unit or they pad the bill in a substantial way. We had no idea how we were being taken advantage of the entire time we lived there. We did not live there for 16 days. No water was being used! Do you know what my first water bill was at the new house? $44.00 for a full house including and outside faucet with a hose. We have yet to receive the remaining security deposit back or a call back. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with your stay here with us, but thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Please note that it is our mission to create a community that you are proud to call home. To address your concerns, notices for non-renewals are sent out in letter form stating that the only fee waived is the administration fee. Unfortunately we still require credit and background checks and there is an associated fee for this. A deposit is required based on floor plan and credit, however we do not require first and last months rent. Each resident is provided with a move-out acknowledgement form and photos are available upon request. I'm very sorry if you feel that any of this was not communicated to you properly. If you have questions or concerns regarding your file please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We're here to help!
The apartments are very small. Rents outright expensive. On top of that you need to pay for water. Take that into consideration. They increase the rent unreasonably. The premises are average. You can hear people yelling loudly. My bike was also lost. Management never responded to email. Swimming pool area is no no for kids as you can see people indulging in indecent acts. Also you can forget deposit. They do every thing to bill you more than the deposit. Look around for renting property before you think about this place. Or else you will regret rest of your stay. Unless you have money in excess to throw off and want to live miserably do not move in.
I lived there for 13 months and had auto pay set up to pay rent every month directly from my bank account for the exact amount specified on the contract. After I moved out they kept all of my security deposit money, they made up all sorts of excuses. They claimed that I paid a smaller amount of rent every month than what I was supposed to pay, when I have bank statements as evidence that show that they got paid and took automatically exactly what I had to pay! How irresponsible they are in not being even able to keep track of their tenants' rent payments. Be careful before giving them any money, especially security deposits!
Very nice quiet apartment, wood floor, rug on master bedroom, pool with gazebo for parties, all new accessories , gym and beautiful gardens. Very accessible of the 595 Rd and 75 Rd; near from schools , banks and mini malls. It's tight for me and my two kids which is an apt of one bedroom, but because is around of the best schools I decide to stay in this area.
I have been living in my one bedroom cute and cozy apartment for 6 years. After a divorce from a 30 year marriage I moved out on my own and have enjoyed my new life at St Andrews. My Bichon Frise Allie was my faithful and loyal loving roommate until she passed away 9 weeks ago outside the apartment from a stroke. I miss her terribly but have so many great memories in the apartment all decorated so cute with every imaginable Bichon Frise statue, pillow , wall hangings and tons of freaked pics of Allie. The complex and community were so great to me and Allie on our walks on the grounds twice a day she was the apple of every tenants eye even those with their own pets. The manager and rental officers all loved Allie too. She won best looking pet first year we moved in! She has, had her own Facebook following and her pics were also on my apartments Facebook too. My apt complex us home to me...they have been good to me. My neighbors are all great and the tenants in my building all know each other and look out for each other like fanily. Apartment life is great for me being a woman....alone...alone if I need something the office or maintenance us a call away. I am on the edge of a golf course and lake beautiful view and it was great also being on bottom floor as at the end Allie was totally blind and could just walk out the door to do her business. And as a good tenant I ALWAYS picked up after her...if I were to win the rent for a lifetime or even a year it would so help me as I work hard just to be able to rent here where I feel safe. Thank you ...
