St. Andrews Palm Beach

This is my 6th request about this problem. For more than 3 months, there have been some power outages in the apartments. The power meter makes some noises. Every time i send a request, nothing is done. There s no respect for the resisdents.

I have tried to contact them despite the bad reviews because I have been in Property Management for over 20 years and I know that sometimes residents can go over the top but this seems to be true because I can’t even get a hold of them to get an application for the available units they list are available.. crazy

Very unprofessional. In 2 years of living there they never gave me a dishwasher. I had to call code enforcement many times on them just to do their jobs. I recommend to call the city code enforcers because these people will give u the run around

I have put 9 maintenance requests to fix the AC, went to the office 2 times, call more than 50 times until I could reach someone to ask why no one has come to fix it. After 6 months, it is still not fixed. Don’t come any closer to the apartment unless it is your only option.

They never get back to you call after call after call

Once you get people on the phone you should keep them on the line because they never answer. Once I got someone they said to call the next day for an update. When I called again they said they already told me if I was approved or not and an email was sent. No email was sent so they blamed everything on the third party. I should have listened to the other reviews but I thought to give them a try cause the reviews were outdated.

I’m in the process of getting apartament here. I only know I got approved because I called them. As of today still waiting on email or something to give me more info or least to get a chance to look at the apartament.from the outside the property looks great just wish they answer

I’ve been here since 2017 and since the day I moved in it’s headed Downhill since... my door has been broken for over a year we’ve called about a dozen times took them months to fix my AC, cabinets are falling apart. My stove needs to be replaced moved in there was bed bugs here they told me I must have brought them with me. When I had no furniture or nothing when I moved in mold above the water heater they tow your car if you have no decal which they lost my lease twice and no one is ever in the office or answers a phone

Do not move here, trust the reviews. I’ve been here one day and have already seen 3 cockroaches! I’m currently trying to break the lease and leave because we were lied to! The apartment is not renovated, and there is rust everywhere! The apartment smelled bad as soon as I walked through the front door, line cigarettes and dog pee. Please do not waste your money.

The new manager Erica is the most unpleasant person. it is very hard to deal with her. I do not think she has any kind experience working in this field.

What can I say positively about St. Andrews? The security team are cool but that's it. Since I've moved, maintenance was supposed to fix my A.c. mind you I moved in since 2015. They've come by a couple of times to do little quick fixes that last for a couple of months. The maintenance manager (Jamaican) guy always says something needs to be replaced and the part has been ordered and it's on the way. Nothing ever arrives and I'm still waiting. The water heater also leaks and nothing is done. The leasing office has new staff that really could care less. I'm currently talking to my attorney to see what I can get from this awful experience. I pay my rent on time and stay quietly in my little box. The apartment has allowed any and everyone to move in so the area has gotten dangerous. Someone shot at his girlfriend a few months back. I'm looking to locate somewhere else although it means paying a mortgage payment. Anything is better than here. Children are not safe because cars driving into the parking lot speeding with loud music blasting. The trash overflows into the street. Please reconsider moving here, it's not worth the headache.

The only positive words that can be said about this locations is well....It's cheap. We all know you get what you pay for, here you pay for lack of security, crack heads and heroin addicts all through out the community, drive by shootings, apartment break ins and on and on. Management has no intentions of giving you your security deposit back so please do not expect it, do the bare minimum so they do not report you to the credit agencies. Maintenance is mostly on top of the work, but they never have the proper items to get the job finished well. If you have to move to this property make sure you purchase an alarm system for your home, always be aware of your surroundings and say a prayer for your safety everyday.

Keeping it real. My wife and I had to find a place on short notice and we got a move-in deal here, 2 bed 1 bath. Rent, at the time not too bad. Now the rents are rising and you don't get what you pay for. We stayed for three years and finally were able to escape. You will not get your deposit back. My wife and I cleaned, painted, and fixed it up in the hope we might get our deposit back, as opposed to some others that left in the middle of the night. That did not help our cause. We didn't get an oven like one shown in the picture. Our oven was ancient. Perhaps top of the line in the 1970s. We didn't get a microwave. There is drive around security. Hit and miss though. My mother came by for dinner and her car was towed inside of 2 hours. At other times, cars without stickers can stay unchecked for weeks. The walls do not block much noise, so you can hear whatever is happening next door. Noise will depend on your neighbors. The maintenance people were always nice and courteous. They made a concerted effort to fix problems and make repairs. It seems there is always something that needs done however. Our 2bd 1ba did not have an eat-in kitchen. There was no internet access, as of August 2015. There is a pool. My wife and daughter said it was okay. Quiet neighborhood? No way. There is always something going on. Police, Fire, Emergency will show up at least once a month somewhere near you. I'm glad we were able to leave when we did. It appears that a lot of people that were moving in as we moved out use a marijuana. The smell is constant. I guess drug users need a place to live too. I just don't want to be next door to that. Under new management? Maybe, but the same old... If we get our deposit back I'll add it to the review.

very cute apartment, nice 2 bedroom, one bath. Good size kitchen for an apartment and good closet space.

This is a great location.Close to public transit.Close to movie threater and nice restuarants.Three swimming pools.The common area are kept well and maintained.

Palm beach place is located in really quiet neighborhood. They only have 2bed/2bath and also 3/2 inside of the apartments is kind of small

IT'S OK. NEEDS A LITTLE SPRUCING UP.LOOKING TO DO BETTER FOR NOW IT WILL HAVE TO DO.
