Property Ratings at St. Andrews
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Moved in and was not informed that my deposit wouldn’t be a deposit, it was a “fee” so money thrown away from the beginning. Secondly I was never informed of the “love it or leave” policy because day one of move in I had roaches I should have left. I called maintenance and leasing office multiple times and they said they’ll schedule me pest control and never came, always gave the run around. Light fixtures constantly fell, water kept being turned off for maintenance, parcel lockers always having tech issues and packages goes missing. Fed up and moved out and they charged a cleaning fee before move out. Fine I paid, got charged another cleaning fee of $300. Another resident hit my car, the resident was uninsured and I informed front office since that was a requirement to live there and didn’t do anything. Management RUDE as can be and very judgmental. They assumed I was on government assistance and I assumed I wasn’t going to be able to pass a credit check. Literally horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Are you tired of having a good night sleep? Sick and tired of someone coming to help when you need them? If you want to be awake 3-4 nights a week from hearing your neighbors scream and stomp then this is the place for you! If you don’t want the security team to help you when call them for months on end after hearing abusive neighbors at 2 am then you need to rent an apartment here immediately! Love being put on the back burner by property management? … You guessed it, rent here today!!! The floors and walls between apartments are so thin you can hear everything. Good luck getting any help from anyone on the imaginary security team or their management team. At the end of the day you pay for what you get. This place is cheaper and gives the appearance of being a great place to live but I can assure you it is definitely not worth any savings.
I stopped by on a Saturday just to tour. Ms. Charlotte and Ms. Anneka were very welcoming. Their warm spirit made me very comfortable. They were honest and upfront with me and I’m grateful for that. I believe this is a wonderful property for anybody to stay just off management. Management is everything! I’m a postal employee and it’s nothing like a good management! Thank u Ms. Charlotte and Ms. Anneka. May God continue to bless you ladies in whatever ways!
I was in the process of moving from South Carolina to Texas. It was my first time looking for an apartment on my own and of course I had a ton of questions. The staff member at the leasing office named Kassi was very professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. Kassi gave me a wonderful and informative tour of the apartment property. The apartment complex was quiet and clean. I loved the atmosphere and the pricing of the apartments available. Although I decided to wait until next year instead of this year to move, St Andrew apartments is still at the top of my list ! Thank you Kassi for your help
I just moved my elderly brother there for a short term lease. The leasing agent Kassie was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me with all of the paperwork that comes with getting into an apartment. Due to COVID and me living an hour away, everything was done via phone and computer. The apartment was very clean upon move in. When Kassie was not available, the other office staff was very professional and helpful.
Ants of many colors and sizes, roaches of at least two types, lizards, rats, cicadas, spiders,... you name it St Andrew has it, and it has it right in your bedroom If you value the peace of insect-free night sleep where you fear nothing is crawling up into your ears, nostrils, mouth, steer away of this infested filthy place.
Parking sucks, I gotten harassed by my neighbors, Kids are out of control, and the hot tubs are always broken. I loved my apartment but when it came to correcting things in the community it never happened. when I moved out half of my photos on the wall had mold on them.
I lived there for 7 months. Flexible lease plans, but very pricey. Apartment was clean and spacious. Unfortunately I had neighbors who fought at night and owned dogs that they allowed to live on their balcony. Instead of walking their dogs, they let them urinate right off the third floor balcony and onto our balcony. We reported the dog issues and management fined the dog owners a large fee and took no further action because they paid a huge fine. They did send maintenance promptly to clean off our porch and credited us 75 for our ruined beach chairs and shoes. I reported our neighbors again for a second dog they bought and for having to call the police twice at 1-2 am for constant fighting and children screaming. The management was coy and the response was that they did not really believe me. I have videos of the urine flowing off the balcony, sounds recorded of the screaming, and my son saw the new dog on the balcony. It's brown, black, and white with long fur and is abput 1.5 feet tall, C. When we asked to be relocated to a different unit, we were quoted a price increase of $400 per month and decided to not renew. We cleaned the apartment immaculately and the apartment was scheduled to be re-updated (painted etc...) and instead of getting our deposit back for leaving it so clean, we got a bill to repaint a 3'x1' area where our pillows rubbed the wall. Almost $150. My husband said, "Why? You inspected the unit because you're redoing it anyways? Why the charge?" They did not deny it would be painted anyways, but said they charged us because they could as it was part of the lease. Pool was chained a whole lot in the summer and was not usable. Maintenance was prompt to fix issues. Review: Rude management. Be prepared to be nickeled and dimed to death. Prompt maintenance. Clean and spacious apartments that are somewhat outdated in decor. Use of amenities is spotty and unreliable.
The apartment location is undeniably great, very close to ATM's, Restaurants and shopping centers in the heart of Pearland TX. The amenities are a step above surrounding apartment to include a pool, gym, billiards room, business center and theater room. The lawn are also always well maintained. However, although the location and facilities being offered are great, the customer service, response time (walk-ins, emails or calls) and knowledge from the office staff leaves a lot to be desired, and can also be considered 'Lackadaisical'.
We had to make quick decision and we chose poorly by moving in here. This place is a mess! Most of the amenities they show you are actually broken and if they do get "fixed" it is a bandaid job, so it breaks again. Do not get an apartment in the older 9900 section because things are worse on that side and your card doesn't work for anything on the newer side. The power transistor keeps blowing out and you lose electricity. Parking is horrible and policies don't get enforced. I could go on and on.
My wife and I lived at these apartments for a year and a half. I do not recommend this apartment at all. The prices are horrible and the office staff is the worst. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
My mother found BLACK MOLD in the apartment! We are now moving out! That's disturbing and we didn't know! I slept in there! Well I have to say it was okay until that...
