Property Ratings at St Anthony Gardens
Maintenance just comes in without consent! Air goes in & out!
Pay to much to not get a decent amount off sleep. Neighbors party all day night . Loud music , stomping . Trash every where . They say pest control comes they don’t really come. Air goes in & out
I want to leave a zero review . My grandmother has lived here for 17years under many different management teams the current manager is absolutely disgusting these people don’t communicate with their tenants manor theirselves known or communicate in any way or fashion . Instead of coming to talk to my grandmother and make her aware of the changes they send threatening letters constantly she is elderly . They moved everything online which is fine but expect her to know things when you know she has no access to working websites at all . What I don’t appreciate is people who torment the elderly and constantly threaten to kick them out and throw away their stuff because they want to renovate her apartment instead of coming to talk to people face-to-face like decent people do constantly sending letters and stuff through the mail is not OK cause it gives off a nasty attitude. Oh, and if you already live here, expect to play a whole brand new deposit and I get your first one back because that’s what’s gonna happen. And the people who work here constantly reuse past my grandmother’s apartment, watching her and see if she’s leaving instead of talking to her and tell her what changes are going on. My grandmother is 75 years old and you would think people will have more respect for other people, but they do not. You will never see their faces. The manager will never be available to have meetings with you in the office so you know don’t expect somebody to talk to you respect because they don’t have it. It’s so sad to have to leave this complex because I basically grew up around here since the age of six years old I am now 23 . Oh, I pray for these people and hope that her attitude to become better, and that may be that they will become better people. I know how to talk to others, but I highly doubt it. Oh they told my Grannythat they couldn’t find her original leasing statement or whatever and I find it very difficult to believe the last management team was amazing they came by they said hello they called you instead of just sending you a bunch of letters in the mail they talk to you, face-to-face, etc. etc. these people do not rent at your own risk. And if you want your team your people to break into your apartment and knock knock on the door, then please feel free to move because there has been plenty of times that they did not communicate that they were coming by an apartment complex and just open the door and came in without knocking or calling to notify anybody.
I’ve been here since 2020 and loved it, the apartments were recently bought by a new company and it had gone down hill since. They’ve fixed them up and made them pretty but they are not worth the headache I promise. Management sucks they always give an idc attitude. Rent has increased $500 since August, the mistakes they make you have to pay for them ie my cousin paid my rent using her check but they applied it to her account instead of mine even though she wrote it was for me and basically told her they can’t take the charge from her account and another check had to be written for my balance. They do not communicate whatsoever but through email and by the time you check it it’s already too late. I signed a month to month agreement which I thought was a yearly agreement which states there is a $50 late fee and $5 everyday after which they decided to change without notice to $50 and then 10% of your rent everyday after. They are money hungry and do not care about their tenants, there have been 4 Uhauls recently just in my building alone DO NOT MOVE HERE it will be the best choice you make.
Do not rent! The management has changed too many times to keep up with! They have raised the rent with little explanation, no maintenance request is addressed, but cancelled and the leasing office is NEVER OPEN! They prefer to communicate with threatening emails!
Do not rent here ! New management, never here during any hours that are posted . Lived here two and a half years never once got to use the gym has been and still is closed . Management sucks ! Rent has jumped almost 200.00 at one time . Renter beware !
Find you a much better place to live. They are all about money.
Been here 4 years now on 3rd manager. If you love your sleep disrupted by thump systems outside your window at 2,3 4 in morning or constant loud door slamming or music thumping thru your walls or floors even at 2,3 in morning and nothing being done then this is perfect place for you. These apts are added stress. If you have a neighbor who is purposely causing disruptive noise after being told to stop and management says they know its upsetting to live with but they cant do nothin well be prepared for sleepless nights and stress.
Don’t .. new management and you can hear your neighbors doing everything! Been here 8 yrs
Great place to live. Management is great and the apartments are nice. Would recommend to friends.
I have lived here a little over a year. The office lady is nice and maintenance fixes things in a timely manner. Parking is a little tight but that is to be expected in an apartment complex. I just renewed my lease and I would recommend to a friend.
When I first moved in, approximately 5 years ago, the Apt's were much better, now there is trash everywhere, the dumpsters are smaller, there is not enough parking, the speed bumps are ridiculous. The fencing has missing sections and they leave a gate locked at the bottom with missing sections of the fence next to it. The office is rarely open and when I call the emergency maintenance number no one answers. The place is going down hill fast. I'm ready to finally move.
The parking here is terrible. In my lease it clearly states that no broken down, wreaked, inoperable cars or cars with flats can be parked in parking spaces. It also states we can only have two vehicles per apt. But in my building there's about 5 cars that fit at least one of those description, and several people have more than two vehicles. There have been plenty of times when I came home from work there is no parking spaces I have to park two to three buildings down and walk to my apartment. When complaining to the apt manager you get a we are working on it but they have been working on it for the past 6 months and nothing has changed. I pay my rent I only have one car and it's not fair that me and my kids have to walk down so far, and it's even worst when I have groceries I'm tired of it and I'm ready to move
I like my apartment. It could use new carpeting and new tiles in other rooms. It needs a lot of tlc in other areas. Other than that. The locaiton is great. I am close to everything.
