Property Ratings at St Augustine Hills
I’ve grown up living in apartments my entire life and Maria and Michelle were the best and most professional management team in all the apartments I’ve ever lived in! I lived at St. Augustine Hills Apartments for six years. They are prompt with inquiries and very quick to respond regarding any work orders or any form of question. Maintenance staff is friendly and professional and respond promptly to work order requests as well. Both ladies are welcoming and take all concerns seriously, making great efforts to ensure your experience at St. Augustine Hills Apartments is the best you can have. I rented a 1/1 apartment, which is spacious unit and let in so much natural lighting. The surrounding neighbors were quiet and friendly in the community. I’m so grateful to have been able to be part of a wonderful apartment community and will miss it dearly.
The units are ridiculously spacious for the price, with wood grain flooring, large sunrooms, and vaulted ceilings for third floor units. There is plenty of parking, and passes/specific spots are not required for visitors. Once the August move-in rush is over, maintenance is quick to respond to online inquiries and always leave notes. The best thing about this place for me was the management. Maria (property manager) is kind and professional. She responds to emails promptly, and always takes concerns seriously. During the entirety of my stay, I always felt secure with contacting her for any issues. Michelle (front desk) is always welcoming, and easy to leave messages with when Maria is out of the office. I will truly miss the staff! My only cons: The appliances for this complex are on the older side, and I did not have a vanity in my bathroom, but a pedestal sink and a medicine cabinet with a mirror door. Additionally, I was able to hear noise from my downstairs neighbors and out in the hallway. That's about it.
This apartment complex is absolutely stunning! The maintenance guys really know what they are doing. The people and the atmosphere is great. Just check out the pool!
Worst place I've lived in my life. Poor and unprofessional management
let this be your last resort place to live. The appliances are so old you will need them repaired every week, and don't count on the maintenance men coming unless you call the office every day for two weeks and annoy them about it. The management here is the poorest I've ever come across. Their first priority is the people who live in upgraded units. DO NOT LIVE HERE, I can't wait to move.
Extremely kind, friendly management, and huge space! I love this place and will likely continue to rent until done with my doctoral studies.
