When I moved into this condo I was loving living there, the lease cost was low until AMC Management came in, they just suddenly increased the rent by $160 and they don't care about you, you just have to pay what they want , for things that should already be included in the rental price! I'm really sad about it, because I loved living here, and I'm already thinking about finding a new place to move! Don't move, you will regret it!

Ever since AMC took over, this apartment has gone to hell. Rent skyrocketed, customer service went through the floor. Rent went up for everyone and on top of that we're now all being charged $170 a month in brand new fees that aren't part of our original rental agreement. The quality of the apartment and our experience here was amazing for the 5+ years we've lived here until the second AMC took over - do not move in, you will regret it. Management doesn't care - they want you to be quiet and give them their money.

Was a terrific place before AMC mgmt took over. Poor choice in style of upgrade. Poor behavior on resident retention. Disregard of county property watering regulations. Office staff, not welcoming, clueless, unhelpful.

After moving to Vegas from Hawaii, we were initially drawn to St. Clair by the promise of Free Pest Control (the size of the roaches in HI were one thing, but Scorpions were a whole different game). Once we moved in, we couldn't have been happier. Super attentive office staff and amazing maintenance crew made it easy to relax if there was ever an issue. Great grounds with plenty of spots to walk the puppy made it even better. Great location right off the 215, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
St Clair is a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious and affordable. Brett is a great person and will try and helps you in any way possible. The maintenance guys are very helpful and polite. We also have a pool and a 24 hour gym. I'm pretty sure if you move in you will enjoy it as much as my family and I. Aloha
I have lived at St.Clair for almost a year now and had a great experience, so I have to share! I have lived in several places in Las Vegas, and this has been my best experience by far. The property is great. I have an upstairs one bedroom and I love the "panoramic" windows that let in an ample amount of light all year long. I also love how much room there is for just a one bedroom (almost 1000 ft2). The neighbors/neighborhood are pretty quiet for the most part. I am easily aggravated by loud neighbors, and I've never had a problem here. The staff, Emily and Brett, are wonderful. They are always around to pick up packages and schedule maintenance. They are friendly, and they even look out for me when I'm not there (e.g. grab packages from doorstep or watch the property because apparently an unfamiliar guy as loitering around my door once). They are the best leasing/management people I've ever encountered-most other places I've stayed couldn't care less about you once you've signed the lease and cut them a check. The area is the best in town, in my opinion. It is just down the street to the 215 (but far enough away that you can barely hear it) and one block away from a large shopping center with WalMart, Lowes, PetSmart etc. Summerlin is only 10 mins away, Red Rock about 20, and the strip about 20 depending on traffic. It is also a safe area of town, relatively speaking. I would definitely recommend this property to new and veteran Las Vegans who want a quiet but convenient lifestyle.
i have been living at St. Clair off and on for over 5 years. I like it so much I came back after moving to CAlifornia for 2 years. It's very peaceful in a city where you need an escape. The management team is always available and maintenance is a phone call away. The amenities (gym, pool and clubhouse) are great. To go with the 24 hour town we live in the pool area and gym are always open too.
I very much enjoyed over two years in my apartment at St. Clair. The management staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is on top of all requests. The grounds are up kept and clean. It is a luxury feeling apartment community. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
