Property Ratings at St. Croix Apartments
Been living here over a little 6 months and honestly very quite apartments office always very kind had things for kids on first day of school that was very kind and thoughtful && maintenance is always on top of working orders thank you st croix for making my home feel very good !!
My dad got carjacked in the middle of the parking lot at 9pm. Apartment did nothing to improve security. The apartment do not check everyone's background that lives in the complex. So you don't know who all lives next to you. The people in the office don't know anything. They always advise to talk with the management company. If you call the management company they make you call back to the property office and they do that none stop till you get tired to ask. Office people have no respect. They are lazy. There are not enough parking space so people park in the grass. Apartments are old and keeps peeling. Lot of roaches. They make you pay pest control fee every month but they don't do anything. Roaches come out everywhere.
This apartment was nice but now needs an upgrade.. Everything is old yet is in a high price..cooking stove is so old a.c. is old always having problems cooling. For me now i won't move in here because they don't change carpet when someone moved out and roaches won't let you rest from day one..i left because of no upgrade.. Services are nice maintenance is not very ok.. They need a serious upgrade or loose customers
Great apartment. Everyone was nice, love the aminities especially the volleyball court.
Bad service , bill elictronic high around $200 to $300 . Bad air condition, water leaks anywhere and not safe place. I have a lot pucture for show here.

Staff is very considerate help and kind., maintenance is extremely great and grounds look fantastic. Buildings are in great shape, pool is very nice, and sports court looks very nice.
moved here cross-country late last year. This was hands-down my favorite property near Richland College. The location is super close to all important highways and main roads. The amenities here are beautiful (prettiest pool with very moderate traffic...super nice on a day off, beautiful updated units, fireplace in my unit, covered parking, responsive leasing office. special events that have made me feel warm and welcome...I could go on and on!). This place is ALSO the best bang for your buck in Dallas. It's better ammenities than almost anyone in a two mile radius Love my home, appreciate the kind staff, and would definitely recommend moving here.
This place is the worst place ever. I have been there for almost two years and I stayed there because of the college since I didn't have a car. Don't think that you will get your security deposit, they will find away to take them and charge you even more. The maintenance are good guys and even the workers there, but I don't care about having a good smile on my face and by the end they suck you blood and get as much money as they could. The worst part is live in the apartments near the street, crazy annoying and disrupting. My electric bill were always above $150. They increase the rent every year and getting pricey and I don't know why!! Those apartments are not fancy, below normal!!
this apartment its the bad apartment i have ever seen and the people they work there its a ugly people
I have been in my apartment complex for over eleven years now it's quiet and a great place to live maintenance doesn't make you wait and is usually right on time.. crime is not rampart even though there is some that occur at times it's very minimal.. it's a great place to live despite the location it's in. very diversed complex and people seem to get along with each other the very best complex that I've ever been a part of.
My current apartment is one of the best,so spacious and well maintained. It is strategically situated only a few meters from Highways 635 and 75. The shopping center is a few minutes walk away.We have great schools and worship centers around us. The management and staff are all wonderful. Having lived here for three years,my family has both grown and increased in number. Sadly I am now ready to move as they do not have three beds and I wish I could get one like this. Kennedy M,Agayo Dallas TX.
I've stayed at this apartment for over two years. I rent a one bedroom and its a really nice apartment for the price the good thing about this complex is I've never really had any real issues the office staff does a good job, maintenance does thier job and its one of the nicer apartments in the neighborhood. The cons would be I would suggest you pay extra for covered parking as parking can be a hassle and I've lately had a problem with roaches that I've never had and its the reason why I will be moving.
