From Homewood Park, Central Pool and Homewood Library to all the shops and restaurants of SoHo Square, these charming apartments are tucked into the best location in the neighborhood. Wrapped around a community courtyard and framed by a white picket fence, come live the charmed life at Saint Francis! All units feature washer/dryer connections in the kitchen. Tenants have the option to bring their own washer and dryer set, or to rent a set for an additional $50/month. Pest control, trash service , 24-hour emergency maintenance, and lawn care are included with rent. Electric, gas, water, sewer, and cable/internet are paid separately. Saint Francis Apartments are zoned for the award-winning Homewood School System, including: Shades Cahaba Elementary, Homewood Middle School, and Homewood High School. Pets are welcome with a $600 pet fee per animal, and a 3 pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions for dogs may apply.
