The Bronx is considered one of New York’s trendiest neighborhoods. Separated from Manhattan by the Harlem River, the Bronx is busy, chaotic, and diverse — in fact, more than 75 different languages are spoken here. While it’s famous for its attractions like Yankee Stadium and the Bronx Zoo, there’s much more to this iconic borough.
Overflowing with unique charm and classic brownstones, the Bronx also features art deco designs and amazing food in locations like Little Italy. Hip-hop originated in South Bronx during the 1980s, and music is still an integral part of the community.
You might think living in the Bronx means traffic horns, concrete, and pedestrian-filled sidewalks. And, yes, that’s all true, but there are several parks in the Bronx, as well. The New York Botanical Garden stands out with an impressive sprawl of 50 gardens and 30,000 trees. Orchard Beach provides a sweet waterside escape, while Wave Hill Public Gardens offers scenic views of the Hudson River.

Property Ratings at St Georges Crescent
This building is a star from floor plans to appliances, all very functional and working exceptionally well. Don't think twice about renting an apartment in the Bronx, a great neighborhood, very close to public transportation, and much more; St George Crescent is the right place. I am planning to stay here for a long time.
Warm and friendly neighbors, living at St. George has been a great experience, and I can say that I am 100% satisfied with my accommodation. The appliances and wood floors make all the difference when renting an apartment, and I can say the company that built this building put a lot of care and effort into finishing this with high quality. I would recommend renters don't miss the chance to become part of the St. George family!
The good aspects of this building is the location(close to parks and zoo), the cleanness of the building(the management company often look for ways to improve the location), and the fitness center located in the building(I can work out downstairs and quickly go home and relax) love it!
Excellent management team and prompt response to calls. A month ago I placed an order requested to do some repairs, and the management team quickly address this matter and made sure that I would be satisfied with the job provided. I love the aspect that they follow up with me after the job was done, showing great care and attention to my case. Well done management team!
I was hesitant in writing a review but realized it will help future applicants. I was excited to move into a new building & close to my job but was short lived days into moving in. I had a bathroom toilet leak & kitchen faucet leak. Management did quickly address the matter. At the time of signing the lease I was happy to hear the rules & regulations of considering other tenants as well commit signing off to-the no noise / loud music after 8pm , maintaining laundry machinery, etc; thought to myself wow this will be a great building to live in. Not at all since the quality of tenants (some) which they’ve consider in renting don't match such. A couple of months into moving in I had a ceiling leak coming from the light fixture landing in my bed, courtesy of the tenant above. A month into that I had 2 bathroom leaks again courtesy of the despicable tenant above. Have not even made a year & encounter so many issue. It’s been an unlivable environment & very much disappointing. There’s not much ventilation or windows in the hallways & either tenants don’t know how to turn on the vents in there kitchen or refuse to but the smell from their cooking penetrates these walls where your clothes & household smell too, you can only imagine when seafood is being cooked. A studio apartment the rent is nothing cheap & living here is not great at all! If your looking for quite neighborhood/ building, this is not the place for you. I would not recommend this place.
