I have been a tenant here since 2022 I have not had any problems at all any time I request maintenance they always come and get the job done I like this location because it's twenty minutes drive each day from my job plus lot of restaurants are near by plus apartments are nice.

Rude agents. several bugs leaks in wall for months they haven’t fixed. parking area always dirty, very slow to respond to maintenance orders. zero stars

I'll Begin with my experience with the leasing office , they are so unprofessional and full of it management . They like to play games! Won't answer the phone or get back to you in a timely manner. This has been happening for years you think they would get better help and more qualified people with communication skills. I have never been so disappointed . I'm a resident of 3 years and I have experienced quite a few maintence issues but when ac unit leaked from Apartment above me for second time and my Ceiling got a hole in it and mold and mildew was found on my personal Items I got a min. Fix no real solution. Patch work to say the least. No new carpet or even apology. I've emailed management and corporate and have gotten the run around for almost two months on what can be done to accommodate me. Don't move In , they seem nice and friendly to get you in door and to take your money but everything ends up broken no amenities work as they claim just problematic . Gate stays broken , pool is never open building look old and dirty in need of pressure wash.
This apt complex is the worst.. the office staff hides behind the covid process by keeping you out of their nice office area. Looks good because of the location but the apts are bug infested not kept up and maintenance will give you stories of how they are so overwhelmed that your issue will be delayed. I used to think negative reviews were people who were mad they didn't get their way. This place deserves the negative reviews because it's poorly managed, maintained, and follow up is ignored unless you are in the process of a least. The office staff will respond to you when it benefits them only. Awful place to live

Tiffany, the new property manager, has completely turned this property around for the better! I have been here for several years and this is the BEST that this property has been overall. The staff is always pleasant and very informative and professional. We have never had a cleaned and maintained fitness center, business center, or laundry facility. It's also nice to have refreshments available when I go in the office. I am now proud to call this place home and look forward to many more years at St. Ives Crossing! I would highly recommend my property if you are looking for exceptional living in Stockbridge.

The whole rental staff is unprofessional and professional liars. I would not recommend this property to anyone. I called to see if my admin fee was available. The young lady I spoke with said that I could come pick it up. Well I drove three hours to find out that it was not there and everyone acted as if I was making the whole thing up.

When we initially moved here, we had no immediate issues. Two months in, our air conditioning unit went out multiple times in the heart of summer. The previous management continued to put band-aids on the problem. They provided window units until they resolved the issue, which caused our power bill to skyrocket. The problem still has yet to be fixed. We've had plumbing issues, a massive issue with roaches in our building (have had multiple tenants as a result of it), sewage issues, etc... The complex is now under new management, which took place some months ago, however, the tenants were informed via a letter on our door. Prices increased, unbeknownst to us until we got our rental bill, etc.. This place is a mess. Though under new management, and their making attempts to improve or restore the area...for what we pay, we receive POOR service. The pool is presently being reconstructed, you cannot use the laundry facilities, the playground is unsafe and unsanitary, the tennis courts are not even safe or functional, and the exercise room is out of service. What's left? The management grounds are poorly serviced and managed and quite nasty. Beyond what the tenants do to keep their spaces nice, we see no evidence. We don't even know who they are, as they've made no attempts to become acquainted with who they serve. Luxury apartments? We think not! Certainly not worth what we pay. If it weren't for the fact that we were not in a position to move, we certainly wouldn't remain here. The service is awful, the apartments are eye sores, and honestly, we cannot wait to relocate. Lots of changes need to be made here.

I've lived in St. Ives for nearly 2 years. In the time that I've been there, my air conditioning unit and water heater have gone out. Each repair took several days leaving me without air and water (yes, they shut off all the water) for days. I was told each time that parts or replacements were being ordered, but that due to the apartment management, this was a long and frustrating task. On other occasions, I've called for routine issues like, the stopper becoming stuck in my bathroom sink. The resolution for that, again, took several days and they simply removed the stopper without replacing it. When I asked why this was the case, I was told that "since I have another bathroom, replacing it wasn't a priority". Additionally, I recently ordered and paid for replacement blinds. The check was cashed within 2 days, but it was a month before the blinds were replaced. I'll be moving when this lease term is up, but I want potential tenants to be aware that looks can fool you. The outside of the property is fairly well maintained (the "gate" malfunctions regularly), but the "minor" things add up and become too much to handle.
