Property Ratings at St. James
If you are in the market for an historic but updated building in a central Indy location, then the St. James could be the home for you. Hardwood floors and big windows give the units a classic character. There is also an abundance of closet and storage space which seems unusual for an historic building. It's minutes from the heart of downtown and cab fare is cheap to Mass Ave or Broadripple. Students, young professionals and couples call the St. James home. It's true that there aren't the amenities of a brand new complex (no in unit washer & dryer, pool or gym), but the St. James has been a great spot to live near downtown without breaking the bank.
