La Vista Oaks
Just moved to Florida and it was the worst I have ever experienced. Customer service is awful in the office and the maintenance don't understand English well. ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES!!!!! Filed 4 complaints with Hillsborough county Code Enforcement and they were charged with four violations. Whole downstairs wall flooded due to their pipes and there was mold in the walls found by Code Enforcement. My asthmatic son was hospitalized and the owner of the property threatened me because I filed complaints and had Cose Endorcement our ther by the 4th day I moved in. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE. BEWARE!

My apartments
At la vista oaks apartment you could enjoy a big swimming pool. Kids play ground and a bqq place for family. Inside the appartment you have a nice kitchen and nice stairs like no other apartment. U have more then one bathroom and you can have washer and dryer hook ups in side. Also if u done have a washer or dryer there are washing room in side the apartments. They have a play ground for dogs as well. So they can run around free its gated . Also have a a top view from the bed room up stairs. We also have free water here. Which help alot of people. You also have gaurd that watch out all night and make sure we our all safe here. La vista oaks are really nice apartment.
