I have loved every second of living here! The staff is so helpful and amenities are awesome! The community is also pet-friendly which is great!

It's a good place to live, all the maintenance is upto date and the staff is really helpful. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Whether it's a leaky faucet or a malfunctioning appliance, they are always there to assist. The on-site staff is friendly, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents' satisfaction. They create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere.

Process for everything has been quick and easy. The room itself was above my expectations given the price. The only problems I've had was a few things with the room, like slow drainage, and there being dust on top of the closet, maintenence was there the next day. I am still waiting on the cleaning people to finish but it's only been 2 days. I recommend living here if you are okay with sharing a apartment with 3-1 other people.

Great place to live especially if you are a college student. I thought originally Sense PFW, no longer affiliated with St Joe Pl. that the rent was going to be high reality. It’s very Manageable for a college student. I love that we have a washer and dryer and also our own bathrooms as well.

St. Joe place is a great place for student living! The apartments are well maintained with a nice set up for students! The employees are also extremely nice and efficient when there is an issue.

Great student housing, maintenance is quick on resolving issues and safe community. Front office is also very responsive and will resolve any issues you bring to them!

If there are ever any concerns, a work order is put in and it’s immediately fixed within 2 days! Love the sizing of the rooms and the gigantic closet and love the fact that I get my own personal bathroom!

I got a tv for free at a party St. Joe Place hosted. So it’s been great. The apartments are good too, very clean and everything works well. If it doesn’t maintenance is pretty prompt.

So far pretty good for what i expected. Other than barking dogs and annoying cars everything is amazing. The rent is perfectly manageable along with everything else. I love that SJP hosts so many events.

So far I am loving this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and suit my needs perfectly. I would highly recommend living here to anyone that needs a non-traditional housing option!

Great place to live! The staff is super friendly and maintenance is quick with request. One of the more cost friendly places to live in Fort Wayne. The amenities are amazing and exceed expectations for the prince range of rent.

St Joe Place is in a great area with many food options, the apartment was clean when I moved in. I have also had to request a couple work orders and they have been done within a couple days.

Been a great experience here. Although the property keeps getting older I feel like it gets better with time. I think having a patio/balcony, full-size washer and dryer, my own bathroom and on-site courtesy officer top a lot of other options in FW.

St joes place is a very affordable and comfortable place to live for all people. As a student I find it to be very close to my school and local businesses.

Since my move in, everything so far has been good. Office staff respond fairly quickly and are responsible and the apartment itself is decent.

I love living here near my friends and other college students. Very neat and well kept complex! Especially nice bonus having it fully furnished when it's move in day and things can be easily rearranged to make it your own!

I am on my third lease here at St. Joe and I have loved every second of it. Even with any issues with the apartment itself, the maintenance guys are always on top of things and quick to fix any issues. I think the staff is so nice and take the time to get to know their residents. Ammendities are also a plus!

I love living here so much! All of the amenities are so nice and the rooms are so spacious! I love all of my neighbors and have enjoyed getting to know all of them!

This is my first time renting out an apartment and I have to say I’m impressed, I enjoy my own room and bathroom and having a patio. Also with the right people to live with is also a plus.

St joe place is an amazing place to live during your work or studies . Very vibrant! It is fully furnished with lots of space and numerous activities.

A couple minor problems moving in. But nothing major. Floors and surfaces needed a deep cleaning, which was to be expected. Good area, respectful neighbors.

Really like it here, calm and quiet place, all the facilities are in good condition. Just a 15 min walk to the Purdue University Fort Wayne campus.

Living has been great so far very clean hot water. Can’t complain at all I like how convenient everything around the area is. Good eats shopping is close and The university that I attend isn’t far away

My time at St. Joe has been eloquent, magnificent, and any positive adjective. The furnished apartments are amazing, and the in-unit washer and dryers are SO convenient!! The staff are so accommodating as well. My maintenance requests are remedied rapidly and the office is always willing to help me with any issues. I 100% recommend living at St. Joe Place.

I’ve always had amazing experiences when having to work with staff ( clubhouse staff and maintenance) all very pleasant people and are very prompt to get issues worked out.

The staff is friendly and heloful, they will point you in the right direction. The apartments are in a perfect location for students and there is a lot to do within a short distance!

Amazing apartment complex! Love the security gate, the pool, the staff, and all that is provided here. This place is the definition of home away from home.

I love St. Joe’s place, the most amazing staff ever and truly make sure you know how valuable you are to them! The spaces from the 2x2 to 4x4 are extremely comfortable, and the pricing doesn’t get any better than what they offer for as many amenities. It’s extremely safe as well!

Great building and good and cheap to live in . Also has a pool and basketball courts and has a lot of space in room to relax and have fun as well

The apartment is really spacious! I don’t feel claustrophobic or like there isn’t enough room and the kitchen has dated appliances! I live in the 2b2b and so far its safe to say I like it!

Just moved in, but so far the building and the amenities are pretty great. The staff is top-notch for my experience. Looking forward to enjoying my new home.

This has been my favorite apartment in Fort Wayne that I have lived at. I stayed at three other apartment complexes and I would pick St. Joe over any of them. I haven’t had issues with maintenance or things breaking, no issues with neighbors, and no trouble finding a parking spot. I really like it here so far it’s the only place I’ve ever renewed my lease at.

Great experience so far I love it can wait to get in the pool and relax. Great environment nice and laid back. Very warm welcomes everytime I walked in there

Lived here for about 2 years. Outside of issues in the past with maintenance it’s a good place to live as a college student. Office staff has been very helpful.

St. Joe has been a great college apartment for the past year. The staff has been extremely friendly and willing to help when there is an issue at your apartment. There are also wonderful amenities available at the complex!

St Joe Place has been exactly what I needed! Clean units, friendly staff, and if you have any issues maintenance is there the same day! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So far everything has been wonderful and all the women at the leasing/rental office answered any questions pretty quickly and had a great working knowledge of the available units, move in dates, specials being ran and and thing else asked.

Libby is the nicest person i’ve met so far and she has made this process so insanely easy and stress-free! I love this complex so far! I also loved that they waived my pet fees!

A good distance from PFW. The size of the 2 bed apartments are decent and are comfortable. The staff are nice and appreciative to their residents.

Been loving my time here. I love that the gates always work and that there is a courtesy officer that lives on the property if needed. Definitely a safe community in Fort Wayne!
