The apartment is a total relaxation and if any maintenance is needed they will be ready at your place to solve the issue. Worst apartment I have ever lived in. Was so bad i broke my lease to get out early. I had a massive bug problem since day 1 and had bug control out 4 times over 7 months. (would have been more but they no showed 2 times) I got an "upgraded" unit but upgraded means massive gapes between the floor and wall, leaking water heater, broken shower which filled my wall with water, and more. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear EVERYTHING which sucks when you have 5 old AC units literally right out side your bedroom window. NOT ideal for work from home people! The only positive thing (i thought) was the office staff, but then they screwed me over on my move out charging me for things that were not on the checklist, that was not explained to me was my responsibility even when I discussed face to face "What all do i need to do before move out" I have picture, emails, videos, etc that i already have sent to the local news station , BBB and HUD. I also reached out to corporate several times and they never even responded to me. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
Let me just say when so Sonserena owned the property I never ever had a complaint the staff were nice they were always on top of your concerns making sure the ppl who live here had a place to call home this new st Martin are the most horrible ppl to deal with I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life I could literally cry how they are able to treat ppl the way they do & get away with it something has to be done they have harassed me about every little thing since they took over first my sons bike which was used for him to get to school & had been fine for a whole year it was a probable an looked trashy from being out the door then I’ve had roaches that pest control has had to come and treat several times & then the staff is always rude from the phone conversations to the emails they are money hungry don’t do there job put we still have to pay no matter what I’ve complained about trash several times not being picked up but me still be charged for on the 1st of the month they told me well they are busy I have to call the 3rd party they use on the trash can when I’m giving them my money it’s they responsibility then I call them they tell the lease was terminated I call them back an tell them they say they are lien I sent multiple emails no response call they never answer then my daughters bed was delivered an was outside my door in the box they have the nerve to charge me a lease violation saying it was trash I sent proof showing it was a box of wood called still was told it couldn’t be taken off was unwilling to except my rent without responded weeks later saying they are going to file eviction because I didn’t pay I’m beyond fed up I can’t wait to go to court atp never expierenced anything like this this hell it’s no home
If you want to have a peaceful place to live and management that cares, please look elsewhere. They will not resolve issues, they will dismiss your requests.

Unfortunately, I am stuck in my lease until 2020. Management changed without any notice. For the past two months we’ve had to pay our rent via check, which is totally cool, except there has been ZERO notice that we have to. They never answer, or call back at the front office. The new management is super unorganized, they called me on the 24TH of the month saying I hadn’t paid rent for that month. First; shouldn’t that have been noticed sooner, second I did. They put my check (bc I was forced to pay with check) on someone else’s apartment. The gates NEVER work, they are open 24/7. (Which is probably because my gate key never works either. I’ve had them try to fix it 2 times and each time they come back and say they fixed it. And on the rare occasion the gates are actually closed, my key of course doesn’t work) Our apartment is so incredibly hot also, put in a notice and they still haven’t come looked at it. Very disappointed, location is good but there are SO MANY other apartment complexes in Frisco that offer, better amenities, nicer staff, and better customer service. Do not waste your time with this one.

Our resident relationships are of the utmost importance to us and we want to do what we can to make this right. This apartment complex is filthy, noisy and dangerous. The garbage is overflowing, there are babies in diapers in the swimming pool, there is dog waste everywhere all the time, and I see rats in the parking lot every day. The air-conditioning units are ancient and make so much noise you can't hear if you open your windows, and the neighbors stand outside and smoke cigars and cigarettes so you can't stand the smell anyway. There is constant noise with people yelling on their balconies at inappropriate hours, playing loud music in the middle of the night and driving their muffler-free motorcycles through the parking lot. The management is worthless - slow or no response.

Our service team does walk the community on a daily basis, ensuring any trash in common areas and pet waste is picked up and disposed of in the proper trash receptacle. We do ask all of our residents with pets utilize the pet waste stations and have notices placed throughout the property as well. We want to assure you that we strive to maintain the highest standards at our community and any reported pest control issues are and will be addressed immediately along with any other preventative measures that already take place. Our community does have a wonderful pool for everyone to use, and we do not allow anyone that does not have the proper swimwear/attire to be in the pool. We do ask any residents who have experienced this to report it to our team immediately so we may address and resolve the matter swiftly and professionally. We also want to assure you we do take any reported concerns with noise very seriously, as it is vital all of our residents respect each other and the community’s quiet hours.
