St. Marys Landing Apartments and Townhomes

Even though there were numerous issues with the apartment when we moved in the maintenance team came out and fixed all our problems in the apartment.

Good neighborhood great neighbors. Maintenance is wonderful The pool is really nice It would be nice if it was open more days and hours during the summer

Please stop raising the rent every lease renewal. Especially when no upgrades have been done to the unit. Why does it get more expensive the longer I live here?

So far everything is going great here. Maintenance responds fast and i love my new apartment. The area is really great as well. I can wait to see how beautiful it looks once the seasons change.

It’s nice and quiet everyone is nice and it’s spacious I like it here so far the shopping centers are close by and I have not one complaint.

My husband and I had a smooth experience moving in. The turn around time for the application was a few hours and Ashley walked us through everything thoroughly. She gave us a tour of the leasing office and amenities offered and answered all of our questions.

Towing and parking are predatory. Amenities rarely useful as they are occupied or down with the exception of the gym. Neighbors are quiet.

Area could be better but most days/nights it’s pretty quiet. Neighbors are pretty friendly. Nice dog park for our pups to play. If you have kids, giant playground for them to play. Staff is nice.

We have lived in this apartment for 4years. It has been majority pleasant. The neighbors are civil. The management and maintenance respond and inform fairly. The only thing we have had multiple issues with the plumbing about a couple or few times a year since 2021 because the lines are connected with the other apartments. Outside of that it's been a good experience in this community.

Management is nice, it seems quiet so far, the apartment is rough it's quite dirty, alot of things don't work or broken. Hopefully it gets fix fast.

There’s a nice and good place and environment you must live in St. Mary's, a great place to live and clean complex, nice apartments. All of the office staffs are wonderful, and the maintenance staff is so amazing. And the most I like best is 24 hours maintenance service providers who take action of our issues as soon as possible.

Ashley at the leasing office was very nice and welcoming. The worst i can say is that there are some cracks and loose parts in the apartment but it's over all a nice place.

Average place to live. If I could afford to move then I would. There are not enough amenities to justify the additional fees added to the monthly bill.

Great staff ,well maintained grounds . Pool and gym are great parking is not a problem will lit at night. Maintenanceis great comes out asap to fix your promble with your apt. Office

I enjoy staying here. There is many things to do. We thought it was crowded at first but once you’re settled in, everyone just goes on about their day

I've had a very good experience at St. Mary's Landing. I've lived here for two years and have re-upped for a third. My apartment is large and well-maintained, and the onsite staff are friendly and responsive. I only have two gripes: the first is that so too many residents fail to pick up after their dogs; the second is that the apartment above me was empty for a while and management did some work up there which has resulted in the floor creaking like crazy whenever the new residents walk on it. It's very loud, almost continuous, and very irritating!

Everyone we have met seems nice and relatively quiet. Only concern I have is horrible smells I've noticed in the apartment when we moved in and people not cleaning up after their dogs on the lawns in front of the complexes.

Don’t have any complaints so far and I’ve lived her a few months. They are helpful when needed and the amenities are great. The only thing I could say is the pool needs a little more cleaning.

The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. They made the whole lease signing and moving in process real easy. The apartment is perfect for me.

Very quiet area ! I have Never had any issues with leasing office or maintenance. Any issues were fixed every quickly. Will definitely be renewing our lease.

Outside of the initial hiccups with scheduling the neighborhood seems very family friendly and quiet with respectful individuals. I was super excited to make this my new home and look forward to seeing if I may want to renew after, right now it's hopeful!

I love my apartment and it’s a great community. Office staff does a lot to keep it a friendly community and maintenance keeps the place n in good working order and looking nice.

It’s been really good, everyone so nice. Everyone kinda keeps to themselves which isn’t a bad thing. The maintenance guy is always super fast. It’s just been a wonderful experience

I moved here only a few weeks ago, my car was hit on the property with no help to find whoever did it. They also have no regard for night shift workers so if you work night shift please don’t move here thank me later…

I've had a great experience at St. Mary's Landing. My apartment is large and well-maintained. The onsite staff is amazing, especially the maintenance staff. My a/c went out yesterday and the maintenance guy showed up in less than ten minutes--and it took him only another five minutes to resolve the problem!

I haven't been here long but I haven't had any issues or problems with management or other tenants. The move-in process was smooth and easy.

Very friendly staff, always very helpful. Anytime I need maintenance it’s easy and fast help. Beautiful community, as well as easy access to the park and laundromat.

Everyone is so nice and polite. It’s a clean environment and lots of things for kids to do. The kids are excited about the pool and golf. The staff is very professional and pleasant

The leasing office was very helpful with everything. The apartment was great and well cleaned. The neighborhood seems very friendly. We are very happy with it here.

St mary's Landing is a great place to call home. It's quiet, there's a car wash area, pool, gym and appliances is updated. Staff are friendly. The only thing I didn't get is a welcome home goodie bag. One thing that would be great would be if the community had cable ready installation. Great home!

Everything is perfect.. I feel like at home and love my studio apartment. Really recommend to move in here. Very easy to apply and to get your keys

Great place to live at. It’s cozy and close to all stores nearby! Highly recommend living here. They fix anything in a timely manner! They got all anything to fit your needs !

Good neighborhood, but I'm so tired of the tow company that was hired for the neighborhood. Just last month I had to call the police to get my car back.. My second time dealing with the tow company, I love the complex and the people in the office but after two years I will probably relocate due to the towing in the neighborhood. The Saint Mary's Police let me know all I needed to know about their services.. But the community itself is great..

Good amenities, pretty much everyone keeps to themselves. Surrounding area isn’t great but the complex is mostly quiet. Staff is friendly if you need to contact them.

Never had any issues! Any problems I have came across, that fixed them very quickly and communicated very well.I have already renewed my lease once and will probably do it again!

Neighbors are not nice they don’t react with yih when you say good morning. Neighbors play there music late at night especially when I get on road at 430 am and get home at 7 pm. Tenants walk there dog amongst the apartment common area and don’t pick up after them. Nothing like stepping in dog poop in the am when I am walking my dog. Seems to be more police in development these days seems like it’s real safe anymore here. A lot of drug activity which I have witnessed and marijuana presence.

Very nice neighborhood people are friendly staff is awesome as well clean very understanding people prompt as far as matinence issues as well

The maintenance staff is excellent. The office staff provides opportunities for the residents to get involved in community projects. There are monthly get togethers planned. Overall St Mary’s Landings is a nice place to live.

If you are looking for a community to raise your children and have a peace of mind, you will love this community. It is the very reason why I’ve stayed here for the last 6 years.

I have had an amazing time and a staff always willing to help out. Had problems twice in midnight and they arrived within minutes and fixed it…amazing people

Very peaceful here. A bit pricey though. Love the amenities available. The clubhouse is very nice. & I enjoy the events they have available for residents

Great community, nice apartments and friendly area for the kids to play and dogs to explore. Highly recommend for small families to apply and maybe make a home

Overall living here has been good. Plenty of amenities to choose from, staff is friendly & helpful. My apartment is quiet & location is good.

St Mary's Landing is a pretty decent community and the staff really are attentive. Don't think I've had a bad interaction yet. If I wasn't in the military I'd plan to be here longer.

I recently got my car towed from this complex due to my car placard being expired. It Cost me $280 American dollars to get my vehicle back. (My car got towed at 2 am) When I went to the leasing office later that morning they stated that it was my responsibility to obtain a new placard when signing a new lease. Although that may be true because they have it in writing when you sign a new lease. However, the leasing office never mentioned that OR sent me a notification OR sent me a new parking placard in the mail. Additionally I’m not the only tenant that this has happened to so I believe that this is a malicious and common practice between the leasing office and the towing company. With that being said I would highly suggest that you do NOT do business with St Mary’s landing apartment’s due to lack of courtesy and communication between landlord and tenant.
