I have lived at St Moritz for almost 5 months now and have zero complaints! From the move in to now everything has been fantastic. The entire in office staff are great and the maintenance team are very friendly and quick acting. The complex is beautiful and quiet and feels like living in the country while being in the city. I also live alone as a female and feel extremely safe. I love calling this place my home!

I like the location and having an attached garage is nice but the total value is a low. There are much newer and nicer apartments for less money.

Great Locaton to all DFW, and the St Moritz Rental Office Staff at 5665 Arapaho Road, has the best customer service skills in the whole of america. I’ve been here for a few years and I love it. It’s quiet. Neighbors are friendly. It’s a family community. The main office staff is very friendly. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I’m pleased with my experience. One thing I would change is the carpet. I wish it was a bit modern. I also wish they would pressure wash the stairways and buildings more frequently.
Maintenance responds quickly and professionally. Grounds are well maintained. Sometimes the entrance gates do not perform well. We are very happy with our location, being close to family, shopping, and restaurants.
Still in the process of moving in to my apartment. I was extremely happy with the office staff as they made the process seamless. The apartment was very clean for the move in. Happy to report, so far so good!

It's been almost two years since I moved to St. Moritz Apartments and my second review. I just accepted the offer for my 3rd year term with this community, and it tells you allot. It means I enjoy living in this place, like its location, and love my apartment. I highly rate the office team's and maintenance group's work. Our community is well taken care of. It's clean and safe. It would be convenient to have more free parking for visotors, but it could be manageable when needed. Residents here are very nice and some of them are now my good friends! Thank you all who work here very hard to make this place welcomed and comfortable like Home!
I like living here for the most part. The area is very nice so far. It's a lot of noise right now with the construction in the area. The apartments are nice, I like the light that I get from my apartment.

Me and my fiancee were living at another residence for about 3 months and didn't like it. Decided to move and chose St. Moritz to move to. So far it has been a great decision. The office staff, maintenance crew and our neighbors are super awesome. We feel like this is home for a while.
A wonderful place to live. The office is very helpful and efficient if a problem arises in your unit. The grounds are well kept and each unit has a garage. If there is a problem in your apartment, there is a maintenance person on the grounds. The development is very close to food shopping and restaurants.
I love this amazing apartment, every neat and clean place to live. When you reported an issue before you could know it, they have come and fixed it within a short time. I love this place, I have been telling my friends to move here because it's a nice place
Our experience so far in St Moritz is great. When we moved-in the apartment was very clean and we are impressed the way apartment handed over to us. We started enjoying the ambience inside and outside the unit. The good part from my previous apartment experience are - drive-in mail center, Gym and more space between blocks.
I have been living in St. Moritz for 5 years now, and there’s a reason. The apartments are really nice. Each unit has a fireplace and a private garage! That is something that is very important to me, but is hard to find! Great staff and maintenance.
Up to date facilities, fast maintenance and friendly staff. This community is safe and overall, residents and friendly and respectful to others and rules. I’ve been here for a while and like it.
Love it here. We had some issues here and there but overall we are pretty happy here. The maintenance is amazing! They are very quick to respond and very easy to work with.
Everything has been great so far, maintenance is super helpful and so is front desk! They are always quick to respond to any requests or questions my roommate and I have.
Maintenance is wonderful about taking care of things when I have a problem. The front staff is also very friendly and professional. The grounds are kept neat and clean. It’s a lovely apartment complex.
This is a beautiful property. The location is ideal for food and shops. Close to major highways. As for the staff, they are great. Always polite and fast to respond. Maintenance is amazing as well. If you are considering a property, definitely check this place out.

Best place to live ever!!!they are fun and it's super clean and always attentive. Lived here for 2 yrs and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
