Property Ratings at St. Patrick Apartments I and II

Highly recommended for Senior Living
I moved from California in 2018. I only had to wait approx. 4 months before what I requested became available. The mgr. worked with me in an expedient manner which was most appreciated. Everything possible was done via USPS and over the phone. I took an Amtrak train to get there and arrived over the weekend. The following Monday, after purchasing the basic furniture, all was finalized and I moved in the same day. I absolutely loved living there. Maintenance requests, though I had very few, was taken care of within a 24 hr. period, very courteously. The Property Mgrs. were genuinely very caring. Unfortunately, I had to return to California for personal reasons after 18 mos. residing there.
