Llevamos viviendo un año . Un lugar tranquilo. Inconveniente un poco el tránsito por las mañanas , pero hay opciones para evitarlo . Ya hemos aprendido otros recorridos de ida y regreso . El personal muy amable , cada vez que tenemos problemas Sheila nos ayuda en nuestra solicitud, bella persona. Recomendad 100 %, al igual que el resto del personal que conocemos .

There are several places, but this one is unique with the location and there staff, always promptly response to your needs. Lake view, walking distance to the main street. Very quite and easy going place to live in. We are very happy and pleased to live here for 4 years now...Thanks
We’ve been living at St. Tropez for the last 10 years and have been unbelievably happy! The community is very quiet and peaceful at all hours of the day. The staff at the leasing office, Stephanie and Rene more specifically are customer and solution-focused professionals who go above and beyond for the residents and the property. They set the benchmark for what all professionals working in property management should be like! The units themselves are beautiful and tasteful. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy. It’s why we’ve called St. Tropez our home for the last 10 years. If this property went co-op, we would buy our unit! This is a beautiful and peaceful place to live!
My family and I have been living at St. Tropez for a few years in different units and we really love living here. The staff are extremely caring and the maintenance crew are always available to help. My kids really enjoy the pool and the park we have right next door. I highly recommend living at St. tropez.
I have been at St. Tropez since 2007 (long time) and I am currently in my 4th apartment (as my family or needs grew). The area is quietly nestled on a no outlet with Lake Ruth, Canal and Park on three sides (think Zombie Apocalypse) Crime is one of the lowest in the area as shown in the Crime Mapping App (I've also never had a problem with Amazon Packages being stolen and sitting at my door all day). The Leasing Staff is one of the main reasons I stay, with their responsiveness, attitude and friendly interaction (understatement, they're wonderful and not twisting my arm). The view of the Lake is beautiful, safety for my children, access to food and entertainment, the Park, what more can I say? Much, but I am tired and it is time to pick my daughter up from school.
Horrible handling of pandemic related issues, and the traffic from both schools are horrible!!!
Not only did they raise our rent during Covid ( tells you everything you need to know about the company) but they also took almost all of our huge deposit for bogus charges which they used to update the units to then rent at higher prices. Do not rent here.
st tropez is the perfect place to live, very quiet, beautiful, the view is very nice, the team is very attentive, I recommend it 100%, everything is very beautiful
I’ve lived in St.Topez for several years and never want to leave! I have a spacious, light and airy home with gorgeous views of canal sunrise and sunsets! The staff are always helpful and quick to resolve anything or help in any way. My neighbors have consistently been wonderful people, as well.
I have lived in St. Tropez since 2016, and this beautiful community is an amazing place to call home. The staff, particularly Stephanie, are always willing to go the extra mile to assist with concerns, and the maintenance staff attends to issues immediately, even after hours and on the weekends! My one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the lake, and the view is spectacular. An added bonus is the unique layout. My apartment is two floors, with a small foyer area and closet on the first floor, and the main living space on the second. This makes my apartment appear to be even more spacious than it already is. I would highly recommend St. Tropez Apartments to those seeking a community that is well maintained, safe, and friendly!
Have been living here for a couple of months but there is NOTHING to complain about. Our leasing Agent and everyone at St. Tropez have been nothing but amazing and friendly to us! We have had horrible experiences in the past with other residences and I can honestly say we love living here!
This complex is beautiful, quiet and well-maintained. The staff has been very responsive to all of the requests that I have made. My apartment is big and spacious and the grounds are kept very clean. - 3 Year Resident
I have lived here for 10 years and this place has really changed. The apartments are great for a short period but now they are too expensive. The area in general is very expensive but better than living in Miami. If you have children there is a variety of schools in the area from K-12 and many kids. That is also a drawback because traffic is terrible every afternoon. St. Tropez has removed many of their amenities. We now have to pay for water and the office does not take your packages, especially electronics. Fedex and UPS leave things at the door! No moe carpet cleaning when you renew, you have to do it yourself? Not good! The rent is now outrageous and climbing and they require renters insurance. You cannot get a lease without it. Maintenance is pretty good. If you call they will get there within 24-48 hours so plan ahead and make a list. It is a pain though, they will enter your apartment even if you are sleeping. Emergencies are handled pretty well. They usually get there within an hour or two. Overall, I would recommend this place as short term rental. There is a gate and it is pretty safe. Only a few incidents that I know of. I am still planning on moving!
I HAVE NOT VISITED THE APARTMENTS COMPLEX OR OBSERVED THE COMMUNITY BUT ON THE INTEREST IT LOOKS VERY BIG AND BEAUTIFUL.
I have lived here for almost 10 years and love everything about St.Tropez. It is conveniently located, spotlessly maintained and a quiet,beautiful property. The leasing staff is courteous and efficient and on the rare occasion that I call for maintenance, it is taken care that same day! Make St.Tropez your tropical oasis!
