Our mold has been on our walls for over a week now.And i'm sick from it, because it's been there and was painted over when we moved in. The outlet covers when removed by the inspector because of mold growing outside of them had trash buried inside the wall with live wires. Inspector said we were lucky to not have had a fire. It's been 7 days, still no response from the people in charge. Even after being told they had trash in the outlets with wires wrapped up and there was termites inside the trash that was in the wall..

The rent is way over priced for what you get. The property grounds look horrible with overgrown shrubs and trees, no mulch except at the front gate to fool you. The front gate is always up and broken. There is very light lighting at night so security is an issue. Don’t let your kids out to play on the raceway. It smells like marijuana wherever you go in the neighborhood. So another no go for young kids. You can’t have guest over with out having to worry about them getting towed or a ticket on their car.

Grounds are nice and big, well maintained. Office staff is friendly, Jay and Kathleen. Maintenance crew is also responsive and polite. Can’t beat having a garage

Used to be a really nice place. Staff is still courteous, but currently the place smells like weed 24/7 and we get drug busts (like 3-5 cop cars at once) about once a month. Also the lake is full of trash and the gates never work. For the amount they charge here, your money is probably better spent elsewhere

Good community where I feel safe
Nice clean place Security needs to be improved so many times gates are broken!!
Parking and the appliances are cheap especially the repainted tub.
Where do I even begin? I’ve lived in not-so-great places and this has got to be by far the worst of them all. It’s been a nightmare since we’ve moved in and the office staff including the regional manager are a joke. They don’t answer your calls nor reply back to your emails and if they do is days later. Maintenance ticket requests take forever to be resolved and they blame it on covid which isn’t a reason at all since this is a fairly large complex that needs a full maintenance staff to keep up with all of the residents' inquiries. The maintenance crew always leaves a huge and disgusting mess when fixing anything in our unit. The apartments were renovated but very cheaply done. Lots of bugs despite the fact that they fumigate. The cleaning they do prior to move-in is a joke as well so much so that the painters they hired painted over dust and hair from the previous tenants as well as parts of the inside of our fridge. We moved here to have ease with parking since we came from a condo garage and it’s been far worse here than when we lived in a condo. I’m blocked in every single day and the cars that park there aren’t even registered residents which is a security issue. They’re also parked in a fire lane which seems to be a common thing around here. The staff says there is parking enforcement and there isn’t any at all. I’ve been in the real estate business and I’m currently a business owner so I understand things happen or costs need to be cut down but there’s no explanation for all the issues we’ve had here since the move-in date. I've expressed my concerns and nothing has been done to fix the issue especially the issue of being blocked in. I’m definitely not renewing my lease and hopefully, I save someone else from living in this nightmare of a place.
The area is comfortable and pleasant and living conditions are acceptable.
Did not move in until after 3 weeks of acquiring the apartment. Great community thus far, in my first week here. Only issue thus far, is cockroaches. Staff has been very responsive.
I enjoy the community! My neighbors are nice and respectful. Based on my time spent here. I'm over paying for my apartment. The only luxury is the washer and dryer but I have my own unit so not really a luxury.

It is a beautiful community! The apartments are a great size, with a garage and every appliance I would need. Everyone I met in the leasing office was kind and helpful, which definitely helped my decision. It is obviously a great neighborhood because everyone was so happy to be there. Jay was amazing!

I think the landscaping around the units are terrible and overgrown. In particular my unit has dirt in my front yard. can I get plants and flowers please? I would like my yard to look at pretty as the front entrance.

This is a beautiful community. The landscaping is very well maintained. In my 5 years here, I have found maintenance very quick and efficient. The maintenance manager, Chris, is especially helpful and personable. The management/leasing team is also very helpful and accommodating. They have always been very friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue in any regards. I'd stay here forever.

Great location, staff is professional, apartment floor plan is open, bright and pleasant.
I would be careful about recommending due to security concerns and rate increases without service improvement.
It'??s an overall nice community. It'??s in a great neighborhood & town. The grounds of the community are so nice and the floor plans are awesome and well kept and maintained. Your staff is and was always helpful, professional, courteous and kind.
This community is beautiful lawn maintenance and other maintenance is kept up very well.
I would recommend based on interaction with some reservation because it all depends on the person in charge of management personnel. I have complained about landscaping next to building 8100 units 1001-1003 that leaves much to be desired and nothing has been done. I never get feedback to my contact emails. Other than cutting grass and blowing leaves nothing has been done regarding landscaping and broken lights around on the lake.
Community is not truly gated. Parking still an issue and the booting is not a solution. Two keys are offered but only one gate opener additional can be purchased for $100. Also the additional charge for gym
The renovations inside are beautiful. The outside doesn't look as modern but it's nice.
Because is a great place for living, the community is always clean and nice, I just love to live here.
We are still having bug/roach and it's only getting worse by the day. I know someone just came yesterday but I will wait 2 more days and if it's not better I will be submitting another request. Every single time I go downstairs and into the kitchen I have st least one medium size roach and at least 3-5 small roaches on my counter or sink, wall or dishwasher(which I make sure is shut always) but They still manage to get in. This is getting out of hand.It's discussing. And I've lived here for about 3 years with no problem at all and the past 2 months have been nothing bu thugs and roaches everywhere.
It's safe, in a wonderful location and has lots of extras that give it a real community feel.
Would not recommend because of parking. Everything else I love about the community
The community has deteriorated a lot recently. There are people repairing cars in their garage frequently. Almost every day. And it is very unpleasent getting home and find that situation. People use their balcony as the storage for cleaning utilities. People are sticking their parking stickers with clear tapes to their cars. Who knows with what propose. it is a ashame the way people leave the dumpsters every week.

St toprezyo be honest was one of the best communities I rented from. The staf is amazing. The units are spacious as if your in a nice comfortable size house.
Good place to live given clean grounds and maintenance. I enjoyed the large floor plan. Parking was taken seriously. Dog owners were held accountable for cleanup. Only issue was gate breakage which appeared to be better handled when I was leaving.

The gym could approve and amount of visitor parking. Trees look like they will get in the way of the amount of light that enters the apartments.

Save your money and look elsewhere. Everybody in the front office and in corporate office are very rude and are out to drain every dollar they can out of you. Prior to signing the contract of moving in, I told them nobody is aloud to enter my apartment without my consent. THREE times people entered my apartment without my knowledge and set off my alarm. One of those times police came to my apartment because the front office wasn’t even aware that someone entered my apartment. They always hang up on my face when I bring about my concerns and are extremely disrespectful. This place is covered in bugs, ants, roaches, and fleas. It’s so bad they have exterminators here every Friday.. and I don’t even know what they do because the bugs are endless. I also needed two extra weeks added to my lease since my new apartment won’t be ready in time and they tried charging me 2k for 2 weeks additional on my 14-month lease. This was by far the worst experience I had living anywhere. Avoid these people and this neighborhood at all costs.
Until now everything has being excellent, don't have any issue, good community, the apartments are in very good shape and all the common areas are well maintained.

I would stay away. I have been burned and am out thousands of dollars, without even moving IN to the apartment. Management is only concerned about getting their money, and once you sign the lease - you are trapped. Two days after signing the lease, my job employer dissolved my position and offered me a much lower paying position. I visited the rental office in person to show them proof, and see how I could get out of the lease - NOT HAVING MOVED IN YET...but had paid all the non-refundable up front fees....$750 pet fee (even though this was DUE upon MOVE IN - and my pets never even touched a paw in the place), Bond fee, application fee, first month's rent, gym key fee, car fee... thousands paid up front. I was basically "shrugged off," said there was nothing I could do. I am locked in until February. The regional manager in Plantation is conveniently always not available and does not return phone calls... the salesperson who handled the signing says he can do "nothing." The units are misleading - nice spaces, but don't give your money to this corporate company - Lincoln Apartments. They are heartless, care little that my situation changed 2 days after the signing, and are just in it for the money.
I love living here. It is a little expensive and as I have mentioned previously, my amenities inside the apartment are bare minimum, but other than that, I truly love it.
Would: the townhouses have a fun layout, the fact that we have a garage is incredible and these are the biggest of the properties we found when looking in the area. Would Not: Rent is high
