Property Ratings at Stadium 150 Student Housing
Do not live here if you'd like anything more better than a nightmare!!! In general the leasing office is incompetent. Selling my contact consisted of 4 MONTHS of constant work, a whopping $250 fee (for nothing), a threat of withholding my deposit, an attempt at claiming legal obligation that I say nothing about my experience and SO MANY texts and calls ignored. 4 months later I'm finally out of Stadium 150 and have my security dep I just hope that at least one person will go live somewhere else after seeing this. DO NOT GET STUCK HERE, or you'll have to fight to get out!
You get fined for parking in the football stadium parking lot. They say they “ran out” of parking passes when the parking lot is almost empty The management sucks, it’s almost october and I haven’t gotten my mail key, nor have they replaced our air filter. They promised free parking in lavell but, after about a month I have been fined there. This place is a dump, DO NOT LIVE HERE
I want to leave a good review, because I enjoyed my time here. However, my good time has nothing to do with the apartment itself. The apartments are run-down, old, and not well-taken care of. The management is difficult. Everyone passed cleaning checks, even if they clearly weren't done, which just makes the fact that the apartment isn't taken care of worse. The residents are awesome. Everything else is shabby.
Honestly I just felt like they were trying to take as much money as possible from me, not super understanding and super poor quality apt for the price. You can find a much much much better place to live for this price. Seriously don't live here guys
Office is never open when it should be. Management is poor and redstone residential the parent company is only concerned about making an extra buck rather than providing the services they promise.
Poor management. Poor location. Poor apartment. Live somewhere else
