Property Ratings at Stadium 700
I'm not sure why there are so many 5 stars reviews for this complex when it's really not all that great. I've lived here for a year and I am looking forward to moving out. The photos online make the renovations seem beautiful but in reality, they did a very sloppy job, at least in my unit. Baseboards falling apart randomly, carpet isn't placed correctly, the grout/caulking job is horribly sloppy, the kitchen sink has no seal so it's very wobbly when moving the faucet and one of the bedroom windows doesn't even have a screen. We have a horrible roach problem and we've done everything to try and get rid of them. Photos online of the outside look really nice but in reality it's not the greatest as there is trash constantly in the parking lot. Parking is a nightmare and there are people constantly blocking parking spots by parking in the road. People are constantly honking their horns for their rideshare, blaring music on the weekdays, ect. I'm not sure why they market being be next to the stadium a good thing, it is a NIGHTMARE trying to get out of here on game days. I honestly don't think these apartments are worth the price they are going for now. I wish I had better things to say about this complex but there isn't much at all.
I have had a great experience with the leasing experience and leasing agents in the office. They are wonderful. I am getting ready to move into these apartment and they are absolutely beautiful.
I recently moved in to a renovated apartment and it is flawless! The manager was really helpful and nice, 10/10 recommended.
I went to go visit my aunt and the manager was absolutely the sweetest ! Everything was in great condition, clean and organized. 10/10 recommend ??
