Stadium will do anything in their power to make money and part of that is consistent and extremely expensive fines for minor violations. Unless you are a perfect individual incapable of making mistakes, I wouldn't live there.
Staff is terrible. Only 1 elevator works. Our dishwasher has yet to work properly despite how many times we get it looked at. Never gave me a mail key then charged me for it. My roommate was charged for parking that he never requested and they never refunded him the $160. And we somehow never have any cold water no matter the time of the year
I had the worst experience trying to lease at this place. The lady manager quoted one price and then raised it $20 a day later. She then told me it the apartments were all college students and I might not be a good fit. I can definitely afford it but maybe because I’m in my 40’s I’m not a good fit? Seems discriminatory to me. Horrible management. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Don’t rent here.
My daughter just started her second year at Stadium and loves it! It’s absolutely the best location around. They have heated parking, hot tubs & pool, gym, and wonderful staff. Much nicer than what I had in college!
After completing a 12 month lease, I can say that I would absolutely, unequivocally, without any doubt whatsoever NOT recommend Stadium Apartments to anyone with a pulse. Of course Stadium Apartments is a business that collects rent. However, Matt used this "business" to also further a side hustle to charge helpless desperate students for every little thing over the course of the 12 month lease, to put EXTRA money in his pockets. Unfounded claims and just downright taking advantage of college kids to make money for himself above and beyond the monthly rent. The staff at Stadium is not nice and in fact things were always missing from the mail too. Gift cards sent and never received. Rent here if you want to be robbed, lied to, and taken advantage of, regularly. Shame on Matt for abusing these college kids with no parents around to help defend them against Matt's side hustle. Do not rent here! Also, Matt is asking tenants to write five star reviews in exchange for "favors". A good business owner should never, ever have to do that.
