Stadium Oaks Apartments

Great place to live and they worked with me as a military member on a great contract. I lived there for 8 months and would pick Stadium Oaks again if ever assigned to Goodfellow AFB again. Shelby the apartment manager is the best!

I stayed here for a year and loved it! Staff is great. Never any problems and always pretty quite. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay around a decent amount of places in San Angelo.

When I arrived in San Angelo, I only had a couple days to find an apartment. I called Stadium Oaks, spoke with Shelby (the property manager) and explained my situation. She met with me that afternoon and two days later I moved into the apartment. During my time at stadium oaks I appreciated all of the nice residents who lived there and how close we were to the Red Arroyo trail. Also, Stadium Oaks respected me as a service member. When I signed my lease they waived my deposit and when I got orders to leave they prorated my last months rent. Moving in was extremely easy because the monthly bill included your rent, utilities and internet into one bill. The complex also preformed serval preventative maintenance to ensure the building didn’t fall into disarray. This included the following: - every month an extermination would spray the units for bugs - A serviced fire extinguisher was provided to each unit - Air filters would be replaced without cost - Painters were alway refinishing outside walls and signs - The pool was upgraded and they build a very nice overhang with comfortable patio furniture - The laundry room was cleaned several times a week - The trash cans were never full - The trees and bushes were trimmed regularly - The grass was cut every week - Potholes were filled Ultimately, I would like the say that this apartment is run like a well oiled machine. Shelby is extremely invested into the overall satisfaction of the residence. She has the mind of an elephant and knows everyone who lives there and their story. Daniel (the master handyman) is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met. He is always fixing issues, responding to calls, and maintaining the property. When my neighbor got locked out of his apartment at 10:30pm on a Wednesday, he called the emergency number and Daniel was there in 10 minutes. Also, when I moved in I purchased a mattress and realized I could lift it up the stairs to my apartment. I called Shelby and Daniel came over almost immediately and helped me lift it into my unit. I also noticed that the property owner was also very involved. Though I never met him personally, he was always over seeing different projects and making sure his investment was protected. I would recommend this apartment to anyone moving to San Angelo. It is affordable, centrally located and run by professionals.

The property is very clean, up kept, and reasonable for the price. I’ve lived here for a year and have had zero problems during my stay. Shelby and Daniel are on top of everything! I refer Stadium Oaks to anybody looking for an apartment.

Stadium Oaks is a great apartment complex with an amazing manager, she is very friendly and truly cares for her tenants! Maintenance is always very fast to respond if having any issues and gets everything taken care of regardless of time of day. It is a very quiet and nice complex, always kept very clean and well maintained. My family and I loved the two and a half years we lived here! If it wasn't for getting a house we would still be there!

I stayed here for 6 months while attending some training there. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, the location was excellent, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The rent was also very reasonable. If you need a place to stay in San Angelo, I'd highly recommend giving Stadium Oaks a look.

Stadium Oaks is definitely a home away from home. The manger made me feel welcome the minute I walked in the door...even before I signed my lease. When ever I needed something fixed in my apartment maintenance was there usually the same day. Having the partial electric paid for and all the internet was a huge plus, also the fact that ALL the bills were bills through the office helped so I didn't have to put down a deposit for water/cable/internet like I would have at other places. The apartments are up-to-date somewhat, but totally worth the price! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I moved from PA to TX for work purposes and was extremely happy with my choice of living. Stadium Oaks has a professional staff that are very friendly. Any needs or concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. The grounds were always well kept and noise levels were at a minimum. The location to needs in town is fantastic. I've made some great friends living at this apartment complex.
