Property Ratings at Stadium Park
I would give it a zero if allowed, they will screw you over when you move out. They will lie and no matter what you do they will still charge you hundreds of dollars. I wish I could warn everyone to stop renting from them so they would be forced to change their ways. I know so many people this has happened to and yet they continue to get away with it!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding your final move-out statement may have caused. We'd love the opportunity to answer any questions that you may have. Please reach out to our account manager at your earliest convenience.
The maintenance people came into my apartment without my knowledge. When I got home my house reaked of paint, no windows were left open, this could have put my pet in serious danger. They turned on all of my lights in the living room and left them on. They moved a piece of my furniture from where it was and didn't put it back. This company advertises "cheapest student housing" and you sure get what you pay for when it comes to how the staff handle situations and treat their residents. Do not rent at Stadium Park if you value the well being of your pets and your privacy.

Charging the full amount of rent for this month and trying to kick me out with a week left. No air conditioning. Dirty and loud. I do not recommend living here.

Tyler, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're sorry to hear that you're not having the best experience with us. If you haven't renewed your contract, your lease ends on August 23rd. If you have any questions about the move-out process or would like to view your contract please log into your resident portal. We understand your frustration and would like to mention that air conditioning is not common in the Pacific Northwest due to the temperate climate. We allow portable AC units as long as they do not violate our community rules. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly.
They charged me the whole deposit ($200) when I left. Their excuse is the spot on the carpet, which was already there before I rented the bedroom. I communicated with them several times and argued with them, saying it was not made by me. Unluckily they didn’t listen at all. They just wanted you to pay the money even you did nothing. Be careful, their property is so old. They aware it, but they still keep charging you hundreds of bucks for the things not worth the value.

I moved here and was very excited. About a month into living there, My roommates and I found out that we pay the same amount as the people above us for the same floor plan but their apartment was ALOT nice than ours. We have a microwave that's from 1999 and a fridge from EARLY 2000's. The internet is slow and unreliable. The walls are paper thin and have no insulation. I can't use my heater because it always sets off my fire alarm. The neighborhood is also not very safe. I've heard gunshots anywhere from 2-4 times a week at night. Lots of homeless people in the area. It is very cheap though so if you don't care about where you live than its good.

Lived here for 1 year, and regret every minute of it. Obviously most of the amenities were not available because of COVID, but rent was not adjusted to account for that. Areas are not well patrolled, we had a fight break out between homeless people trying to both steal from our dumpster. The close out charges for an apartment with no damages was almost another month's rent, so be aware that they will try to gouge you for hundreds of dollars when you leave. They also hit us up for more money every cold month since if you run the heaters they will pass the costs onto you. Oh, and no AC so in hot months so if you're going to be there in the summer prepare to sweat - our animals did not handle it well and we had to keep every window open and go buy box fans just to keep the place under 90 most nights to sleep. I would recommend you look at any other apartment first. Avoid all the Horizon owned properties. There's a reason this place has so many 1 star reviews. The management and ownership will find a way to extract every dollar they legally can from you and all the "deals" and "offers" and "perks" can disappear quickly and you're just left with a lease that allows them to charge you as much as you want with no consequences or recourse. To be clear, we left the apartment with no damage, and were charged over $700 for basic cleaning. We were charged a bunch of money for added utilities even though utilities were supposed to be included. It's been almost 2 months and we're still waiting for the last bit of our deposit back. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

The ladies upfront are super nice until you sign. Then they are really pushy and rude. If you have a problem good luck getting them to respond in a timely matter or for them to fix it. My lease allows credit card payments and I just had someone call and harrass me saying if I dont pay in money orders they will evict me

I love Stadium because of a few reasons! I am living in a 4x2 apartment. I moved in not knowing my roommates and was really worried at first. Thankfully they are all very nice ladies. The staff did a great job matching me with friendly people. I love how spacious the 4x2 apartments are! I'm also so thankful for it because I have a 100 pound German Shepard. My dog has plenty of room to run around and i love that we have hard wood flooring here! I really just love everything about this place!

This establishment broke my lease without my consent and sent me to collections day of even though I was paying my rent on time. I was in the process of subletting when they broke my lease, I was given no warning or even notice that it had even happened until after the collections agency sent me a notice of my balance I owed them.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at Stadium Park. You can call our office at 541.338.4000 or email our Property Manager at Stacie@stadiumparkapts.com Thank you!
Although, they are getting new appliances to the place. You're basically playing roulette and have to hope you don't end up in a disgusting partied in, torn apart, apartment. The only reason I rented here was because it was furnished, and it was affordable(sort of). If you live near the pool area, I pity you since it is so unbelievably loud, and those paper thin walls won't save you from a bunch of shady people partying, or fighting. I constantly see cops being called in because of fights, and homeless digging out the trash. The show room that they present is the biggest lie ever. Your apartment will be nothing like the one that you see. In 2018, there are far better options in Eugene now. Luckily, for my final year I will be moving out to a far nicer place. DO NOT RENT HERE.
These apartments are located in a neighborhood near Autzen Stadium that is really popular with UofO and LCC students. The bus routes are very convenient because they run directly to the campus. Stadium Park is a nice open property with a lot of open grassy courtyards and a nice pool and beach volleyball court. The apartments have really nice hardwood floors. The utility billing is really convenient, one bill covers everything so you don't have to set up service with cable & internet and things like that. The people that work there are are really friendly and helpful, and they give away a lot of free food. One issue with the apartment is due to the location next to Autzen, game days get crazy in the whole neighborhood. It is a lot of fun, but the neighborhood basically closes down during games so don't plan on driving anywhere for a few hours. The good part is that you can literally hear the people cheering in the stadium from your apartment, and is good for tailgating!
If you are thinking about renting a 4 bedroom and you are anyone but a party hopping college kid who gets his/her rent paid by daddy, think again. You'd have to be the most laid back person in Eugene (and thats saying something) in order to find these living situations pleasant. Once I lived with a narcotics drug dealer for 6 months. One time they housed two girls in one room. I lived with a full grown adult woman who had nothing but contempt for anyone who dared to speak to her. But mostly I end up with party kids. Two of which, I might add, were men even though I asked to be housed with only girls such as myself. You never know who you're going to get, but you can bet your buns things are going to get uncomfortable. Other issues include but are not limited to: The rent goes up every year. Significantly. They charge extra every year for heating costs even though it says it is a flat rate in the leasing agreement and even if you never even touched your heater all winter. The maintenance come in and out without permission or notice or even cause, it seems. The noise level, if you are unlucky enough to be housed around or even with a partier is off the charts, no matter what time or day. But the biggest slap in the face is the fact that they make you feel insane for being upset about these things. They provide so many attractive amenities. They smile and pander and promise all sorts of things and you think to yourself, "These are nice people, they will help. They will change. They will fix everything."... But. they. never. do. Get out while you can.
In the first week I moved in, there's been a shooting, stabbing, break in, and other complaints. The dryer sucks (they provide appliances), carpet is all stained, and the place is in need of some other upkeep. Internet is fast but stops working occasionally.
